I contacted Quinton today regards my Discovery 5 key not working. He rang me straight back and walked me through a few things regards re setting the key fob etc and this worked!! Saving me around £800! He could of so easily booked me in for a new key! Trustworthy guy! Highly recommend.

Delighted with the service I received today from the chap who crossed the Pennines in terrible weather conditions to provide me with my new spare key. I had only made the enquiry yesterday. Very pleased with the price and it’s good to meet an employee who is happy in his work and enthusiastic about the company he works for. Impressive all round.

Quinton turned up as expected, really nice guy. completed the job of replacing a key for a 2018 Range Rover Sport in less than 30 minutes. saved about £700 on Land Rover prices and the key is indistinguishable from the original in every way.

I called Quinton this morning with some questions to provide a spare key and also blade for only key that came with vehicle which I just purchased, he was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in JLR. Immediately confirmed that not only could he help but he could get here today. He’s just left (6 hours after 1st call) gave some great tips and information, deleted old keys associated to the vehicle and we now have 2X fully working keys. Highly recommend

I lost one of the keys to our Range Rover Evoque, I rang a few companies advertising replacement and reprogramming keys but wasn’t confident as some said it was a similar key but would work ok. When I rang National Car Keys and spoke to Quinton he was professional and very knowledgeable about the system our car had and explained how he would supply and program a genuine Land Rover key. He booked an appointment to come and replace the key at a convenient time at our address. I have to be honest and say I was quite nervous due to the software and security the car has. I needn’t have worried, Quinton has been today, replaced the key with a genuine Land Rover key, cut the emergency access blade on site and programmed the new key to the cars system. Quinton was professional throughout the visit and a really nice genuine person. He asked me to check that both the new and the original key worked as well as the emergency access blades before taking payment. The whole process took about an hour in total and I am delighted that we now have two keys again. I would like to thank Quinton for his help, advice and reassurance throughout the process as like I said before I was nervous about the process. I can only recommend National Car Keys for the excellent service they provide, if you are reading this and like me are worried or sceptical about having the key replaced or a duplicate made, please read the reviews which are obviously genuine as has been proved to me today. This is a great company with excellent customer service and helpful friendly staff.

Excellent service, cannot fault from start to finish. Great communication from Quinton via email to arrange the appointment. Engineer David who carried out the work was pleasant and knowledgeable, new key programmed and new key blades cut on site without issue. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

I have to admit, I was really dreading trying to sort our broken Freelander key and thought it was going to be really complicated. I emailed Above and Beyond Key Specialists on Monday and Quinton got back to me the same day with a quote. I called the following morning and Quinton was so helpful and friendly. All within the hour, he arrived at our house and got the new key all paired up - good to go.

Made an enquiry to Above and Beyond on Friday night regarding making a second key. Although, I was sceptical especially as all the reviews are 5 stars and Jaguar and Land Rover mentioned that no one can programme another key but them.
Spoke to Quinton on Saturday morning and a member of his team David came that afternoon to programme a new key for us. Service was impeccable! I now understand why all the reviews are 5 stars! They are absolutely amazing couldn’t recommend them enough

We spoke to Quinton for advice on replacing keys for a Land Rover owned in the Caribbean. He was helpful, knowledgeable and offered to rent the required equipment to us so we could pair the keys ourselves. He supplied the keys & a video guide and was always on hand for information and advice. It was such a pleasant experience in dealing with him compared to the relevant Main Dealers who by contrast couldn’t be less helpful! I would have no hesitation in using his services again and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Truly excellent service
I rang lunchtime on Saturday and by 7.30pm the same day Quinton had called and provided me with my much needed spare key - he even deleted the lost key. Extremely efficient - I really can't praise Quinton enough. All done from my own driveway - no expensive visit to a main dealer. Thoroughly recommended.

Called on Tuesday, fixed by Thursday! Great turnaround time, good replacement product, professional service. New key for my Freelander 2 with key cut took around 15mins. Even gave me a few pointers to look out for as a new owner. Thanks Quinton, highly recommended.

Friendly, knowledgeable, brilliant service.

Quinton was great and arranged for a second Jaguar key to be made really quickly. A lovely guy called Andy came out and explained the process and programmed the key with ease. He also showed us how to replace the battery in the fob. He was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely use JLRkey specialists again. We can't recommend them enough!
