I rang NCK to see if they could provide an ignition key for my Jag F Pace as it came with only one.

Oh my… not sure where to start with this but I guess the most important thing to most of us is the price. Quinton’s pricing is the most remarkable value for money. His price for my key on one vehicle was a third of my local dealer. Quinton’s speed of response was excellent and impressive. His attendance was within 48 hours which, given his workload, was also excellent. Possibly more important than his pricing and speed though was his politeness and general manner. Quinton is a gentleman with impeccable interpersonal skills and he is just the nicest man. So very disappointed I couldn’t give him more business but I can safely say engaging Quinton for our work was one of the best decisions I have had the good fortune to make in a very long time. Emphatically recommend this man. Totally brilliant.

Absolutely amazing! Contacted them 2 days ago came out to cut a new key and program new fobs, couldn’t recommend anymore quick, great prices and amazing customer service.

The service that Quinton provided me was just perfect & highly recommend him if you need spare or replacement car keys for your JLR cars. He came to my house in Bristol, and in less than 30 mins had a replacement key made for my XE. He even gave me a new Jaguar branded cover for my existing key (I had cheap Amazon one), tested the keys,
showed me how to get into car manually if key fob battery ever failed & how to start the car by touching you key fob on the key sensor just below Steering wheel near your
left knee (there's 3 lines you'll see). The price I paid was exactly what he quoted & I'm very happy 😊.

I can fully recommend National Car keys, they are brilliant! Quinton Arrived today, when he said he would and let me know in advance, to create a new key for my Jaguar XE. On arrival, he realised I didn't actually need a new key, just a replacement case. He changed the price to reflect this! You can't get a better service than that and totally trustworthy. Highly recommend, got me back in my Land Rover after Land Rover dealer had for 5 days and NCM got me back driving in 1 hour for a much better price!

My Jaguar became erratic at recognizing the key fob which was a replacement from another key supplier. I phoned on Friday mid morning and Quinton came the same day and solved the problem. Really excellent Service.
This in my opinion is the only place to go for Jaguar Land Rover key problems.

Quinton was absolutely lovely! From start to finish he was just brilliant - he was able to travel to us just a few days after contacting him. It was very clear he is an expert in what he does and explained everything so easily to us. He got straight into the job and had our car fixed within the hour! I contacted Quinton today regards my Discovery 5 key not working. He rang me straight back and walked me through a few things regards re setting the key fob etc and this worked!! Saving me around £800! He could of so easily booked me in for a new key! Trustworthy guy! Highly recommend.
