Prize money rip off.
The prize money payouts being substantially reduced means I will be reducing my stakes substantially, winning a pound for 2 numbers and a tenner for 3 is nothing short of insulting, don't think this mob will last long.

New App and site is a disaster
Awful. Been on holiday abroad and came home and paid for two tickets on the Saturday night draw. Email says I’ve won a prize, great. Claim Prize hit the button. The message now says I’m not in the UK, yet I bought the ticket 24 hrs previously with no issue in the UK where I still am. Advice contact ISP and it may take several weeks to resolve, come on that’s just a scam to keep my cash. Dreadful, this is the last draw I will participate in. You’ve had my cash and don’t want to sort the prize. For goodness sake what a disaster.
What can you buy for £1
What can you buy for £1
Not a fredo or lottery ticket
I have played the lottery from the start
Not anymore it's a joke
Lottery scam.
I like many others have played the lottery since the start, this new format is a total joke and an insult to peoples intelligence, to say they are doing it to give people more chances of winning is a total insult, all they are doing is trying to make more money for themselves, I would rather keep the old format and can honestly say I will not be playing the lottery in this format again.
National Lottery has changed for the worse.
I woke up this morning to find an email telling me I had won a small prize. I assumed it was a free lucky dip but nope, it was £1 for 2 numbers. After playing the lottery ever since it started, I will not be playing it again, it's now a total RIPOFF. As others have pointed out, the smaller prizes have been substantially reduced and given the huge odds against winning anything it really isn't worth bothering any more. Corporate greed will lead to huge losses and it will serve them right.
Horrible changes
Horrible changes. As someone who buys lottery tickets religiously I was so disappointed. Two numbers wins a pound! Three numbers £10 from £30. Disgraceful.
Totally put me off and I won't be buying from now on.
It's ruined.
Lotto rip off
If we hadn’t done the same numbers from the start we would stop playing we always brought extra tickets on a rollover had to be won not any more
New lottery scandal
The prize money has been reduced by up to 2/3 two numbers now is £10 down from £30 yes there are now two chances of winning, but I would have to win 3 times to get the old prize money, what are the chances of that, 4 numbers now is £50 before it was £140, hotpicks 3 numbers now £400 before it was £800, it's hard enough to win never mind winning twice to get the same prize money, this is an absolute shambles and I imagine that a great deal of people will stop doing the lottery as I will, anyone doing the lottery check out how much the prize money has been reduced
Horrendous
In all honesty I have always struggled with the National Lottery app as it was never perfect.
Small niggles such as the purchase date being identified rather than the draw date can cause confusion but since Camelot were replaced, it’s gotten steadily worse.
And today, I found out that to claim a cash prize of £2, you can’t claim it on the app, no that would be too simple, you have to come out of the app and login to the National Lottery website!
Why? Why can’t you claim any prize on your app?
For the sake of £2, just you keep it, I’ll definitely never give this horrendous company anymore money.
What a shambles this has turned into. Maybe heed the saying “if ain’t broken, don’t fix it “
You get twice the chance to win a…
You get twice the chance to win a third- this is a trick by the devil himself. They just killed the UK National Lottery.
A Total rip off
A Total rip off, bring back our original game format, won’t be playing this ever again after 32 years
Absolutely rubbish now
Absolutely rubbish now.
They may as well say play so we can win.
The only winner is them.
They must think people are dumb.
There’s really no point in playing anymore.
I’m out of it now. I’d have to live till I’m 300 years old to win 10 quid. What a joke.
Who designed this
Who designed this new website? Was it AI? Who tested the design? Awful interface and customer experience. Takes me 10 minutes to find my tickets and see what I’ve won after I get a win alert email.
New Lotto
The new lotto lower tier prize amounts are now disgusting. £1.00 for 2 numbers, £10.00 for 3 numbers, £50 for 4 numbers plus hotpick prizes half of what they were before. After 32 years of playing this could be it for me.
If I could give no stars I would this…
If I could give no stars I would this new system is a joke they make more money and give us even less I for one and going to no longer play
