I'm Natasha and I am a body worker. I help clients feel alive in the body they live in. I use a range of modalities to help clients regulate their nervous system to bring about balance, joy and energy in to their everyday being. Practices include TRE, EFT (Tapping), Breathwork, Energy Work - Reiki, Movement I run 1:1 sessions, group workshops, retreats and corporate workshops. I also teach Reiki 1 & 2.

A wonderful experience …

Experienced an incredible breath workshop. I've been extremely anxious with change in my life. Thanks to this experience I managed to calm and relax my body in a way I didn't think was even possible. Natasha is extremely good at explaining and I felt it wasn't just an hour, it was an important skill learnt to keep. I highly recommend

Breathwork session and sound healing

I went to Natasha’s breathwork session alongside sound healing. Natasha (and Estelle) held the space so well. Natasha really explained breathwork well- the benefits and how to take forward on practical level in daily life. She is really warm and engaging. The session started with breathwork and followed with the soundhealing . Having done the breathwork first it really slowed me to go deeper into the sound healing. I left the session feeling peaceful, energised and calm. Have learnt a lot more about how to breathe properly and use simple breath work in my meditation practice in a way that will help me be calmer and bring more self awareness.
