I’m satisfied with my purchase. The MikroTik Chateau Pro arrived faster than the estimated delivery time, which was a nice surprise.
I did run into some issues while installing additional tools on the device, so I contacted the store via email. They replied the same day and provided clear, usable instructions that solved the problem.
In the end, I got exactly what I expected from both the device and the seller. Professional and reliable experience overall.

Easy to work with and fast delivery
Fast delivery and easy to deal with. I had one device that needed to be RMA’d on arrival (these things happen so not an issue). There communication was prompt and professional after running through some checks they initiated the RMA without any hassle. I will be ordering additional equipment from them again soon.
