Shipping lacking
Chose GLS pick up point to save on shipping. Ended up spending more than the cost of the most premium delivery in transportation to the depo of GLS on the city next to mine to pick up the package.
Edit: I chose to travel to the GLS location after three days of no movement after a failed delivery and multiple attempts to contact GLS. You should drop them, it's the only reason you got 1 star and not 5.

While we offer economy options, these services involve a final transit step to your chosen pickup point. We understand that in this case, you chose to travel to the main depot to collect the package early rather than waiting for it to arrive locally. Unfortunately, we cannot directly improve the GLS service infrastructure or depot locations in your country, but we will certainly share this feedback with our logistics team to evaluate our future carrier options.

Good experience.
No issues with delivery, competitive price for a new mikrotik product, clear information regarding the costs. A bit long delivery time but this was due to me ordering a few days after new year's eve and it being sent internationally passing through more than one country. All in all, a good experience.
