Scam company! Advertises like they’re in the US but it’s just dropshipping from China. It took about 3 weeks for the dress I ordered to arrive and it looks and feels like it was made in China. Cheap material, and also isn’t the same as pictured on the website. It has a big ugly see through portion on the side that was not on the dress in the website photos. Looks like it was $10 from SHEIN not $70 on sale from a boutique. Waste of money and can’t return because it costs more to ship it back than it did to buy it. Scam city baby! Plz learn from my mistake and ignore all the fake positive reviews :) stay safe out there. Also Jesus loves you and I’m only not saying worse things because WWJD :)

Quality was terrible and the return process is outrageous. They kept trying to get me to keep the items and just take 20% of the value back. When I refused they said I had to ship back on my own dime (with tracking) to China! After they received and "reviewed" my return, they would let me know if they would refund it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM.

Absolutely horrible experience. The quality is NOT as advertised - it was cheap material and had pulls in it. I sent SEVERAL emails with multiple pictures of the dress in and out of the bag as requested and still have had to put in a request with my credit card company to fight them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The website was very easy to navigate which is incredibly important. I also don’t have any difficulty with lament and received my order verification right away. Also, I am trying to move away from ordering on Amazon so I really appreciate the refund policy. That’s a great competitive move.

The positive reviews have to be fake. I ordered a small which says 4-6, it's more like a 0-2. Could not even get it over my head to try it on. The material and workmanship is low quality.
They are giving me quite a hassle trying to refund & return. First they said, sure, just send pictures so we know it isn't damaged, then they offer me 125% store credit, then they offered me 10% discount plus 50% discount on a new purchase. I see other reviews posted the same experience. Now, they aren’t even replying to provide return info. I will be filing a complaint and dispute with my credit card company.

Ordering was simple and straightforward

They will not give me my money back despite having it displayed all over the website that it’s a 30 day money back guarantee. I have reached out via email. I even filed a complaint with the business bureau. This business is a SCAM. don’t waste your money.
