Ordering is made easy

Ordering is made easy. From ordering to receiving the product the wait tim is minimal. The product packed very well. Since the ABC stores in my area seem to have problems stocking up with my product, NAPACABS is my lifeline.

Styrofoam shipping materials

Service was punctual and professional. However, you folks shipped my wine in Styrofoam. There are hundreds of recyclable materials that you can use to ship wine. Styrofoam is a pain in the butt for me to deal with. You need to get with a better program for shipping.

Good way to find unusual wines

Second time, I was trying to find a very specific product out of Australia. They had the last of the 2022 I was looking for. They sent me a message that they did not have as many bottles as I had requested and wanted to know if they could fill in with an equivalent wine. I'm always up for trying new wines. It came quickly with no problems. Very pleased with their service.

1 Star - No Contact and no progress on my order 3 weeks later

1. I ordered a bottle 2 weeks ago and have not had the order filled.
2. I called the customer service and no one answered. I left a message and no one called to give me an update.
3. Since there has been no response or update to my order. I am starting to assume that it is a fraudulent account and thinking of calling my bank to rescind the payment.
4. Please just let me know the timing before I contact my bank
