This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever been involved with , not only is my ( sketch ) so bad that I cannot give it as a gift but I have had to order from uk which I should have stuck with in the first place . To add to that they have took my money and will not refund or respond to emails . Stick with the u.k. 🇬🇧

The order took 10 days to come with terrible quality

The order took 10 days to come. I paid £20 for a product that on the website looked good. Upon receiving it what I paid £20 for turned out to be an a4 piece of partially glossed paper. The writing blurred and the pictures of terrible quality. This is something I could have made on Microsoft word and printed off for less then 50p. I hadn’t read these reviews on trustpilot and wish I had before ordering as the product is below satisfactory to say the least!

Terrible customer service I’ve been…

Terrible customer service I’ve been waiting over a month for my order they’ve claimed that delivery was attempted which is false as I have a ring doorbell and can provide evidence to counter act these claims they’ve also told me I’ll be charged for my order to be redelivered as I didn’t collect it from the parcel shop which doesn’t make any sense if delivery was attempted I and wasn’t home wouldn’t the postman leave a parcel collections note? Prior to this I asked for the tracking number and never received it also information regarding my order couldn’t be found via the website bad customer service slow responses and order not received

Do not waste your time with this company- they have been refusing to refund me despite my order not showing up. Their communication emails are also beyond terrible. Save your money

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! Bought a personalised poster as a gift. Delivery was fine, quality not too bad but was absolutely devestated that the poster turned up saying “Daily DDog” and not “Daily Dog”. Having emailed and waiting over 3 weeks for a reply I was told that that was the image that I was sent to preview! I did not and could not personalise the newspaper in the image only the dog’s name so that couldn’t have been my mistake!
Don’t waste your money.

Was kept updated on delivery time by emails.Package arrived today which was very good as its only taken a week.Really dissapointed once I opened the box that prints had got bent in the post so don't look very good .

I don't get all the bad reviews

I don't get all the bad reviews. I was really skeptical but I received exactly what I ordered (One piece customized poster). 4 stars instead of 5 because the quality could be better. But honestly, you pay just as much on Etsy and that is only the digital product. This company sends you the physical copy as well.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivery took 3 weeks, the design of the contract paper looks nothing like the photos on the website and the vinyl is extremely thin and there are bubbles everywhere. I'll have to remove it and buy from someone else. Waste of time and money.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!! I’ve emailed them more than 5 times in the last 6 weeks trying to make a return and they answered once to tell me my package hadn’t yet arrived at my home (it had, I would know, I live here!). They’ve not answered back since I sent a picture of the package and contents. Terrible terrible customer service and a total rip off for the product. Wish I came to trust pilot first.

Would make this is minus if I could

Would make this is minus if I could. I posted about my experience with them a while back and wanted to update. My Christmas present never arrived. The tracking they sent was apparently fake. They went on to tell me that it would be sent as a letter. I was told mine was sent on the 15th of December and if it hadn’t arrived it was my fault. It’s honestly stupid. If you can put a charge back and report to them to trading standard in your country.

I think this company is fraudulent

I think this company is fraudulent . Ordered 15/12 for Xmas presents. Today is 3rd Jan, no items and no explanation. Other reviews are shocking. I’ll be doing a chargeback from my bank to cover my outlay. Avoid this bunch of crooks I’d say .

Paid over £200 for gifts for Christmas 2025. They did not arrive in time.

Received a note from Royal Mail saying import charges of £62 are due.

If I don't pay, I lose @£200+
If I do pay, I am down another £62 😡

Never again - rip off

Placed an order 2nd Dec. The website says:
When your order is received, an order confirmation is sent. We usually ship within 1-2 business days and deliver your order within 5-7 business days.
Chased up my order by email on 13th Dec and was told by Anshuman in a reply email that it had been dispatched 11th Dec and it will take 4-7 working days, however, no tracking information. This took us to Monday 22nd Dec. Nothing. Emailed 23rd. No response. Emailed 24th. No response. Emailed 29th requesting refund. No response. It’s now 2nd Jan and still no response. I’ve emailed on info@ and concerns@ email addresses and nothing back. Disappointed because no order and pissed off because they have my money and are not replying to my emails.
