Super good service, good quality, and cute name tags that stick on.

Ordered but they didn't deliver. I had to reach out to customer service after 10 days when they said that they have already sent my order, and will resend it since I haven't received the order. Got the resent order 2 weeks later. I don't think they sent my order the first time.

I am pretty sure if I wouldn't have reached out, they wouldn't have sent my order at all. Scam alert!

I ordered adhesive tiles from this company. But when they arrived, the design size was nothing like what was shown on the website. On the contrary, the pattern looked more like a mosaic than a tile.
Moreover, the tile sticks very poorly — the corners lifted immediately and it looks downright cheap. The return shipping cost from Belgium is ridiculously high. Offering free returns when the product is not as described would be a much better procedure.
I do not recommend this product.

Superb Service

The wall stickers are beautiful, I’m so so happy that I ordered through Namly despite some bad reviews about the service. They are very good quality and so easy to put up. My husband was sceptical about what they’d look like in our new nursery, but he was so surprised with how it turned out. I especially recommend the map of the world with animals as it’s so detailed and high quality. They’re also a lot bigger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise.

The courier service and notifications I received about postage and tracking were prompt. Expect a little bit of a delay if in England as I don’t think the company are UK based.

DO NOT buy from these guys!!! They sent my order 7 days later that the maximum delivery date stated when I placed teh order. I sent them an email to cancel the order (which is within my legal right), but they went ahead and sent it anyway. They then wouldn't send me return instructions or a return label, after few weeks of harrasing them they replied that they will only accept the return as a "letter" and not a "packeage". And that I had to pay for the return myself, despite the mistake being thheres. The post offcie then tells me that they can't send it as a letter and ONLY as a package, whichh I advised them off, and again they said they will not accept the delivery. Btw the cost to return the package was £48!!!

Terrible service. I am now waiting ten days for my order, tracking information has completely stalled and the customer service team have not been remotely helpful. Would not advise anyone to order.

I got my order safely but there is a problem about information.
Never got notifications from sender or delivery company so I am confused and sent emails to the support team.
It was also slow and late to response.
But anyway I am glad their products thank you. They are little bit smaller than on the website but okay totally.

I placed an order for named clothes labels from this company as they have competitive prices. Right after placing my order I decided to check the company's reviews and immediately started panicking seeing all the negative comments and I wanted to cancel my order. I am glad I didn't though. I received good communication from Namly regarding my order and received my product 3 days later. Thank you very much

This is scam. I placed an order, got a conformation email with my order and then never heard anymore. Then i wrote to the them and i never heard back from that either. This must be a scam

I can highly recommend Namly for a great range of designs, swift delivery and good communication of each step of the delivery process. The product (sticker tiles) were incredibly easy to use and the overall look was exactly what I wanted and at a fraction of the cost of installing tiles.

Terrible quality product. Emailed as they arrived all bubbly and with printer toner marks all over them. I've not heard back from customer service. A huge waste of money and resources.

Slow postage and damaged product.

I placed my original order of name stickers ready for my daughter to start nursery on 26th February with the order confirmation stating delivery would be in 1-6 working days. My order still had not arrived by 10th March, so I emailed querying where my order was. I was asked to confirm my shipping address, to which I did and all was correct. I was assured that my order had been re-shipped to me and I would receive it as soon as possible on the 13th March. It is now 19th March, my daughter started nursery this week and there is still no sign of my order or any confirmation it has been re-sent or shipped . A totally disappointing experience with this company.

We are so disappointed with this company and would advise everyone to avoid ordering from them. We returned our wall stickers quickly after getting them, at a cost to us of £17. We tried to cancel the order before it arrived (they hadn't yet been posted) but were told it was too late (even though they hadn't been sent out for delivery) so we immediately started the return procedure. The parcel got held in Swedish customs and Namly is refusing to refund us, even with proof that it's there. It has now been two months and we are £150 out of pocket. My husband has been emailing Namly and finds the customer service appalling. We feel like we have been tricked and disgarded.

If I could have selected 0/5 stars I would have! I ordered floor tile stickers in December 2024 which did not stick so I returned them, at a cost, to me of nearly £20. They were held by Swedish customs for 4 wks, and then returned to the UK. Namly customer service has refused to help in anyway and also refused a refund. I am appalled with their disgraceful lack of customer service and poor quality goods. DO NOT SHOP AT NAMLY!
