The reason for the 2 star review is they charge a production fee on top of the order and shipping Isn’t production part of the process? What started out as an $11 badge ended up being a $35 cost. No thank you.

I'm sorry for any confusion about the pricing. We do not charge a set up fee or require a minimum order quantity. The small production fee is per order (not badge) and allows us to continue producing all of our items in the USA without having to require a minimum purchase. The production fee is the same for 1 badge orders as it is for 100 badge orders. We would love to speak with you further if you have any other questions.

We have made over 25 badges and have not had to replace even one. They are tough yet very professional.
