I ordered a product, and after waiting three weeks, I decided to cancel. It has been a month I am still waiting for my refund.
I do not recommend it!

Stay clear of Nalda! 3 weeks after the order was supposed to arrive, it is still not delivered and the order status says it is still in process. After 2 weeks, I reached out to their customer service who said the order was sent and should arrive in a few days but still nothing. It's a scam and I will never order anything from them again!

Most orders were fine overall, having ordered several times over the past four years.

However, Books frequently never arrive and you will receive no information whatsoever. You also have no way of seeing past orders on the platform, as it is more an aggregator platform (the way I understand it.)
Thus, I am still waiting for books I ordered more than half a year ago after all.

In terms of communication, delivery and transparecy I don't think I would recommend it. If you take the chance ... may the force be with you?

I ordered a few books under order 161617 on the 25th August 2024 and I am still waiting for some of them! Most took 3+ months to arrive but the Cambridge Maths books never arrived. I emailed their helpline but they have not done anything (except ignore my emails). This is a scam company, beware!

This is a fraudulent site. I have payed for my order 23.7 and delivery was estimated by 1.8. On August 4 I sent polite email asking for the status and absolutely no any reply was provided. 0. Total silence, no money return.

It was definitely the best deal in Switzerland when it comes to the price.
And the actual pick-up time was great too(3.5days).

Only thing I wanted to suggest is,
I wish the estimated date was somewhat more visible and close to the actual pick-up available time.

When I ordered, I didn't realize that pickup available date would be "within 24 days" which would have been too long, even considering the best price. As soon as I realized it, I wanted to cancel the order(same day) by writing an email to the customer service, because I wasn't sure if I would be around to pick up the item.

I was so satisfied with the kind and timely response. It said it's already on its way. At the end, I could pick-up the book 4 days after I put an order and I think it's very acceptable delivery time. Maybe I got lucky this time with this item being not so far from my pickup spot. But I would definitely make more purchase if I can tell what the actual delivery time would be.

Anyway, my son is very happy with the book that he's been waiting for. Thank you!

I had a good experience. Book was well packed and arrived on time. Thank you.

Unreliable
Promised 1 day delivery. Turned into a 14 days delivery promise. Waiting since 16 days and not even an information on if and when I'm going to receive the book.

Never Again

I never received my item, even after waiting for nearly a month. I remained patient and followed up twice, only to be told in the end that the item cannot be delivered. I now hope they will refund my money. It all feels like scam.

Terrible experience. I did not receive 3 of the books in my order. I have sent many emails and I am still waiting for a refund. It‘s been 6 months. I do *not* recommend using them.

Single handedly worst experience buying something online. Ordered a book that was supposed to come in 2 days. Now its two months. Customer support nonexistent

Fast delivery. I like the book. The price is solid.

Purchased a book in Novemeber 2024.
Nalda kept postponing the delivery date, still waiting after 7 months. No delivery status available online.
Random, unconsistent delivery dates given.
No follow-up initiated from them if the delivery exceeds a reasonable timeframe, and misses a reasonable amount of delivery dates given by them. That would be something to implement, NALDA.
Asked for a refund, waiting.
Wouldn't reccommed based on my experience.
