Ordering my fuel was really good, but we were not given a delivery date and " shop " immediately said it had been shipped. Ordered on 12th Dec still waiting for more information.

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, just a real shame nobody called me like they assured me they would as two 65 years had to move the whole ton 3 mins down the road in multiple trips. If you had called you could have dropped it outside our steel container and then made your next drop to the house next door.

I didnt like that i was not informed that my delivery was not going to arrive on the day i was told. When i contacted i was told they would try to do it on tuesday again no cotact to say it wasnt coming. Then it appeared today wed 30th dec 2022. Communication is key

After contacting the owner I was told that my order had been placed in the wrong folder ,I was given another delivery date but it did not arrive then ,and I was unable to get a responce on the phone.
I did get my coal 2 days later than the 2nd delivery date
