Easy to order online and a speedy delivery right to the front door. Excellent service and was exceptionally happy with the delivery. Coal is also brilliant to burn with a super heat.

No communication over delivery. No information when I called Thursday as the person was not in the office, but assumption it would be on the Friday lorry.
Went to ansaphone when I called at Friday lunchtime to check it was en route.

Lee and his crew are such friendly helpful folk. When I was injured and in recovery, they brought all the coal up the drive for me. You cannot get better than that.

Timber not quite as dry as we'd hoped
Timber not quite as dry as we'd hoped, but fine anyway. Driver did well to get the load dumped exactly where we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Poor customer service
Was given a 16 day wait time for delivery and then day before delivery got an email saying delivery wouldn't take place due to vehicle issues. Not very apologetic at all and couldn't say when delivery would happen. Order cancelled
