If there were negative stars I would give it. What a major headache dealing with the multiple workers at MYUS.com just to get one package. I swear I have high blood pressure just dealing back & forth with this asinine company. If you go with them, you are foolish! I have experienced awful customer service and lack of comprehension before but the multiple workers at MYUS.com just got the gold medal for all the anxiety and anger they caused me to get ONE PACKAGE with 3 small bottles of hair products.
They received my package from the 21st of Jan. 2026 & at the time of this review (26th of Feb. 2026) I am still trying to get my package. This all started when they informed me that a 2 oz. product called Scalp Stimulator has hemp in it. I did not know that until they informed me. I got in touch with the company that shipped it to them and asked how is it they are able to ship the product but MYUS.com cannot. They said "The issue arises because MYUS sometimes flags Hemp Seed Oil products, assuming they contain THC. Please rest assured that our products are made with THC‑Free Hemp Seed Oil, so there’s no concern on that front." So I said I would have MYUS send me the other 2 bottles that have no hemp and return the product with the hemp back to the supplier for them to send it to me directly (I am outside of the US). Their shipping charges are more than MYUS.com. Well, I can hear my Mom's voice now, "Cheaper is not better." and "You get what you pay for." Was my Mom ever right! Well, because it has been so long, the shipper no longer wants the products. So I am left with discarding the Scalp Stimulator and asking for the other 2 bottles to be shipped to me. MYUS.com said they are going to charge me to "split" the package, which is to discard the 2 oz bottle and another charge to ship the other 2 products to me. What a fiasco! Especially dealing with multiple MYUS.com employees. Today was employee #5! This is just ONE PACKAGE which they have from the 21st of January 2026 (or before). Thanks to them, I have headaches and anxiety just having to deal with them. If you want to risk dealing with this incompetent company, I would strongly advise against it. If it is to save a few dollars, take my advice: spend the dollars to get it shipped to you by a company that knows what they are doing and will not give you the run around! Read reviews 1st. Check ingredients. By-the-way, there is zero phone service with no room to leave a message and their online agents are always busy. So the only way to reach them is via email which takes a day or two. Today, I spend my entire lunch time wasted on emailing back and forth with Kathleen about what she is to do with the Scalp Stimulator. She must be smoking it because I told her the supplier does not want it and MYUS.com cannot ship it to me, then what the heck?! If I told her what I thought she should do with it I would have been blocked! I literally had to spell it out: discard the Scalp Stimulator and send me the other 2 bottles. You would think that was the end of it. But oh no! She gave me more instructions after i asked her how much to ship it to me. She told me to log it and calculate it myself!!!!!!! No kidding! What a darn waste of my time! I want my time & brain cells back! What an absolutely frustrating experience!

Great service... Effortless process, simple system to use... Products were quickly shipped after being received... I received a parcel in my mailbox from another service user (they entered the wrong US shipping address and is cam to my unit)... The problem was quickly resolved (giving me reassurance that any issues I might have will be taken care of)...

I have a package now that for the last 10 days, is not my Suite. I have pictures that it’s been delivered, and I have sent several emails/whatsapp messages without ANY help. I can even see they spend time answering people here, in the same time I don’t get any response to my emails. Do NOT trust this company. My last package they lost completely, so I guess it’s my bad for trusting them one more time. I advice you, stay AWAY.

Worst customer Service ever.
I have a pakage in their location but cannot ship it due to a not further specified "extra fee" that I cannot pay.
I reached out via the webform and landed in oblivion.
I tried whatsapp and after a few messages with details the chatbot "We'll respond to your message as quickly as possible". 20 hours and 17 minutes later (!) it asked for a tracking numer and ended the chat 6 minutes later due to a lack of response from my side.
Update: My Review here received a reply in 3 days however my conversation with the customer service is as of today unanswered for 11 days. If only the customer service would react a fast as they do on reviews!

This company is non-responsive, incompetent and have no care whatsoever about customers. Please read the reviews first before subscribing to their services. If in doubt, try calling them on their phone, or WhatsApp- you will see for yourself that they are not reachable. I have over one week trying to communicate with them about a mail that I am expecting- no response. I have tried on WhatsApp but it is managed by a useless bot. Avoid this company at all cost.

One of my packages content were sliced when the package was opened during delivery acceptance at MyUS. The toploader was sliced and the card itself was partially sliced as well.

The whole experience was horrible.
Communication was terrible.
You had my package in review for ages.
Once the package was released, you had the wrong values for the items.
You were charging me for lithium battery sticker when the product had no lithium batteries.
It took such a long time to get it sorted out.
It took a month to get everything sorted.
You took days before handing package over to courier after I paid.
Sending the package cost me more than the items itself.
You charge me rediculous amount for VAT when it should only be 21%.
I will never do business with you again.

First few transactions were seamless. Then a package sat in review for a month, first email one solution offered was to throw it away! After I queried the reason for review and hold, two emails from me later, it suddenly turned up. Then, the next parcel, $1,000 plus worth of custom made shock absorbers you’ve lost internally. I asked in the next email for the direct contact of your customer service director. The message was ignored. Myus has gone from being excellent to fairly hopeless in a matter of weeks? What happened?

My experience with MyUS was extremely frustrating and disorganized.
My first shipment was mislabelled by the warehouse, which immediately created unnecessary complications and delays that should never have happened in the first place.
The second shipment was even worse. I provided the invoice they requested and the package was reviewed and cleared to ship. After it had already been approved, MyUS suddenly put the shipment back into review again for no clear reason. I was then forced to provide additional information all over again and even had to change the shipping carrier just to move the shipment forward.
The biggest issue was the quality of their customer support. Communication was terrible and different support agents gave conflicting information. It often felt like the staff didn’t fully understand their own processes, which resulted in constant back-and-forth and wasted time.
What should have been a simple package forwarding service turned into repeated reviews, document requests, and poor communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using MyUS.
