The whole experience was horrible.
Communication was terrible.
You had my package in review for ages.
Once the package was released, you had the wrong values for the items.
You were charging me for lithium battery sticker when the product had no lithium batteries.
It took such a long time to get it sorted out.
It took a month to get everything sorted.
You took days before handing package over to courier after I paid.
Sending the package cost me more than the items itself.
You charge me rediculous amount for VAT when it should only be 21%.
I will never do business with you again.
