The best way to shop from the USA!

I’ve had a great experience using MyUS.com for my international shipping. They make it so easy to shop from US stores that don't normally ship to my country. The consolidation service saves me a lot of money on shipping costs, and my packages always arrive well-packed and on time. Their customer support is also very helpful. Highly recommended for international shoppers!

SCAM, LOST MONEY AND TIME

The website is completely bugged. it does not work. The customer service is useless, they repeat the same things and ignore your requests and problems. i ordered i february, it is now end of march and I still dont have anything, and they dare ask me for storage fees. terrible service, I lost a lot of money.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. They split my order into two even though it arrived as one and loaded the other half into to system after I shipped my package forcing me to pay twice for the shipping. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have contacted the support who told me they can do nothing about it 🤷‍♀️

After several packages were sent with. O problem, I mage a larger order and this has disappeared I have emailed the customer service department 4 times been on the chat 10 times keep getting told someone will be in contact. I won’t go into circumstances of why I needed the parcel but suffice to say still not resolved. Contacted the CEO Via email and absolutely nothing. Now need to raise dispute with the se ding company and my bank but I can kiss $250 goodbye, very very disappointed. I would definitely stay away because it seems that the whole things sis rotten as no one can actually tell me anything except lies lies and more lies. I am sure they won’t even respond to this review and if they do maybe they could contact me directly instead of me having to contact them

I accidently sent 22 my packages I ordered on ebay to them using a wrong suite number. I informed them. They advised me to open an account with them in order to resolve my concern. I sent them proof of delivery including pictures per their request. After going back and forth with them for 3 months they advised me that only 8 packages were sent back to the seller and the rest were discarded. They are not helpful and are a scam

scammers and completely untrustworthy

Avoid this company at all costs. they are a scam and completely untrustworthy.

On February 12 I submitted a claim for a package that arrived heavily damaged. It has now been a month and I still have not received any meaningful response about this claim.

What makes it even more frustrating is that they respond politely on Trustpilot asking you to contact them by email. But once you actually do that, nothing happens. Emails remain unanswered and chats are automatically closed without anyone ever addressing your question.

As a customer you are simply left with damaged goods and no real customer support.

This has been an extremely poor experience and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service.

The service is a rip off

The service is a rip off, I thought I would get the shipping estimate before I place my order. I did not, I tried to cancel, I was told I could not cancel while processing, and then I could not cancel after processing. It will apparently cost me another 156 to ship, when it would cost $64 with Amazon. Customer service is done through chat, and they take days to respond. Oh and you have pay $3.50 to see photo proof of your packages.
I'm updating my review. I still think the service is too expensive and not clear and the site is a little difficult to navigate. However the delivery process from my us to my residence was quite smooth and clear. Package arrived intact and tracking was very clear.

Repeat as others stated is a scam…

Repeat as others stated. MyUS is a scam company and you may or may not ever get your package at all. I had something sent last week to them, they still say they can't find the package nor do they have any care or empathy to fix the issues. They will make you wait weeks, months sending your package. Value your time and money and avoid this company. Your better off just paying someone you can trust to send you the items then dealing with MyscamUS.

Avoid MyUS at all costs! Read before considering using their service!

Avoid MyUS at all costs.

Their entire business model appears to rely on bait-and-switch pricing and burying customers in hidden fees once your package is already in their possession.

They advertise international shipping “starting around $15.” Fine. Marketing fluff, sure. But then you use their own shipping calculator and get a realistic estimate of about $45 for a 5–6 lb package to Thailand. That sounded fair.

Then the package arrives at their warehouse… and suddenly the price becomes $230.

Yes. From $45 to $230.

Out of nowhere, multiple “fees” appear that were never mentioned in the calculator and are nowhere clearly explained on their website. The pricing structure is so opaque it feels deliberately designed to mislead customers until they are already trapped.

And the website? An absolute disaster.

It is easily one of the most confusing, badly designed websites I’ve ever had to interact with. Nothing is intuitive. Nothing is easy to find. Basic instructions are buried behind layers of unrelated pages. You end up clicking through a maze of links just to figure out simple things.

To make things worse, they advertise WhatsApp customer support, which simply does not work. So instead, you’re forced into slow email chains that drag on for days just to get basic answers.

Once I saw the absurd $230 shipping cost, I decided to return the package to the seller.

Of course, their website contains zero clear information on how to do this, so back to several more days of email exchanges with support just to figure out the process.

Then came the next ridiculous surprise:
They wanted $76 to return the package within the United States.

Let that sink in.

The seller had originally shipped the package to MyUS for $16.66, yet MyUS somehow needed $76 to send the exact same package back. The amount of arbitrary add-on fees they pile onto everything is honestly laughable.

Thankfully the seller provided me with a return shipping label, which was the only reason I managed to avoid paying MyUS yet another inflated fee.

And the final cherry on top.

While canceling my account, I noticed they offer a free membership plan. Hmmm ok, why not, right? It's free...WRONG! If you want to downgrade from a paid plan to the free one, they charge a $10 fee just to switch.

Yes. You literally have to pay them to move to their free plan.

So I refused and proceeded to cancel my account entirely.

Suddenly, the moment I canceled, they “offered” the free membership without the $10 fee. Oh how come?

That alone tells you everything about how this company operates. MyUS is an absolute joke!

Constant surprise charges at every step

The entire experience felt like a system designed to milk customers with surprise fees once they already have your package.

If you value transparency, sanity, or your wallet, stay far away from MyUS.

I hope this post saves people from the headache I had to go through dealing with them.

Taking forever to respond and solve…

Taking forever to respond and solve issues . Not to mention moody employees and not clear regulations. It’s a pure struggle and taking a long time to get your package .

The service is very poor

The service is very poor - I had a shipment that was wrongly valued. The invoice that I had from Amazon was a single invoice for 2 items, and everytime I updated , it was rejected with no reason, no communication. Eventually some email to say what was wrong. I had no choice but to declare the invoice again with a value that is over what was paid - VERY POOR communication and NO SERVICE AWARENESS. the shipment was severely delayed because I was helpless. USELESS SERVICE

MY US is very good

MY US is very good, quite happy with them! the uk site is expensive and very inflexible, cost me twice as much more than i would expect to pay for a parcel from the uk! very disappointed!

Total Rip Off Company

I would not buy a $49 item and pay $55 shipping
I am located England UK and wanted to buy an old car radio cassette player from eBay USA, which does not offer International shipping to the UK. I found an Item cost $49,
I selected to option to pay Import taxes and Fees at the point of entry into the UK. The threshold for paying import duty to the UK is $45

MyUS.com quoted .
Shipping Service Charges & International Carrier Costs $28.49 + Insurance Charges $3.50 But then charged me $53.14 which was deducted from my PayPal account.

I queried the additional cost and was told it was VAT . But the value of $49 is below the threshold to pay VAT on items imported to the UK, So no VAT was due, however, even though no import fees were due to UK Customs, MYUS,com took $22,14 as VAT, I'm not sure how the UK government would be paid this amount but I am really shocked at the Sharp Practice of this, so called upstanding operation.

I did get in touch with their support but basic I was told , Suck it Up, my fault because I clicked on some line that I didn’t understand

AS far as I am concerned MYUS has fleeced me.
I am not in the US and have no way of redress.

No way would I ever use this company again and will be very wary of any other similar businesses in the future

I can only bump off one star since the…

I can only bump off one star since the USA facility always delivers flawlessly... accept for that one time i had a boxcutter mark on one of my products, but the UK facility feels very slow not to mention they lost an 800$ office chair at one point for a month but they did find it after i contacted them about the issue

just ask your staff in Florida to be carefull with when opening the packages, really bummed about the keyboard case i got with a big ol' slit in the design patern
