The best value out there (8 years costumer)

This will look like an edvertisment, but it just goes to how good their service is: I have been using MyUS for almost 8 years now. The best value by far and their costumer service in on point. They rarely mess things up (that eventually happens when you're using a service for 8 years), but even then the costumer service is very responsive and professional, and when something is out of the rep's scoop, they escalate it and usually get back to you by email withing 48 hours. I particularely like their service for paying duties and taxes upfront, but I'm disapointed they stopped it for items value higher than 150 euros to Germany.
If you're using their service regularly, the Business plan is a great value, it's $10/month, and it has a lot benefits including extended free storage and free photos of every package received, but if you spend more than $500 on shipping for a particular month, they wave the $10 and give you an extra 10% discount on all the the following month's shipments.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MyUS.

My shipment was significantly delayed beyond the expected timeframe, with no clear communication or proactive updates from their side. As a customer, I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.

What is more frustrating is that when I contacted customer service and requested a partial refund or compensation for the delay, my request was refused without any real consideration of the inconvenience caused.

I chose MyUS expecting a reliable forwarding service, especially given the shipping fees paid, but this experience did not meet basic service expectations.

I would advise others to carefully consider alternative forwarding services, especially if timing is important.

I hope MyUS reviews this case and takes customer concerns more seriously moving forward.

Never Sent my Stuff

Packages were meant to be logged and forwarded within 24-48 hours. My package had been with their facility for well past that window of time, and they were claiming it was “a small delay”. They could not give me an estimate on when they would find the package and send it to me.

I have used MYUS a few times over the…

I have used MYUS a few times over the years and this is the first time I am left in shock and disappointment

I placed an order for about 445USD but coming into Canada shipping was going to be 150USD

MYUS claims that they lower shipping costs so I thought I would use them again

Tell me why they are trying to charge me 615USD in shipping?! Thats more than the order its self and so much more than what the merchant was going to charge me for shipping. I know tariffs and everything is crazy but thats absolutely insane and I can't afford or justify that

I'm a so disappointed

The whole service is a scam

The whole service is a scam. They randomly open your packages, and decline export for goods that aren't prohibited. Once they clear your package, so you order another product so it can be shipped together, and later both package is declinde to ship. I'll never use them again and do not recommen to anyone. They do not fulfull the only purpose of their bussiness. And the final bill is multiple times higher than that is stated on their site. I got shorter by 105$ and richer by a horrendous experience, and also I'll never receive the product's that I paid for.

They lost my item

They lost my item, but issued refund automatically. Good company in general, they know how to do their job, but a bit slowly. Delivery takes around month after purchase.

They quoted $16USD for shipping converted to $24AUD. They charged $81 to ship 2 little bottles of eye drops. Such a rip off!! Never again!!

Overcharged Shipping Due to Poor Consolidation

I recently used MyUS to consolidate 3 items into a single shipment, expecting this to reduce the overall shipping cost.

While the items did arrive safely, I was disappointed with how the consolidation was handled. The final package had a lot of unnecessary empty space, and it was clear that a smaller box could have been used. This directly increased the shipping cost, as charges are based on weight and volume.

I understand that protective packaging is important, but in this case, the packaging seemed excessive and inefficient. The purpose of consolidation is to optimize space and reduce costs — which unfortunately did not happen here.

Overall, the delivery was successful, but the consolidation process needs improvement. I hope MyUS pays more attention to packaging efficiency to avoid unnecessary charges for customers.

Never again

I ordered my package from in to Germany. Its a birthday gift and It hasn’t came yet I wrote them 4x emails and no reply till now.

Awful company

Awful company. Never use them.
They charged me $1700 to ship a 42 lb item. When the estimate came through, I didn't click to accept it and I went straight to contact support through email and WhatsApp, the response time was terrible, I told them I don't agree to the shipping and not to ship it, they said ok, then I get a notification they have taken the money off my credit card, emailed again and they said they would stop the shipment, then I get a notification hours later said it's been shipped. No responses to my emails or WhatsApp.
I have had to open a dispute with my credit card for it

The worst experience of my life!

The worst experience of my life!

Many packages were cut violently, leaving cut marks all over my vintage games. Sometimes packages were double charged, most were overvalued. Slow reply to my queries (if at all), purposefully showing blurry photos or photos where the item is not even visible to stimulate the user to buy their overpriced clear photo pack, they even removed the factory seal from a vintage item, reducing the value to almost nothing! The list goes on and on...a terrible, terrible company with no respect for personal items.

SCAMMERS AND EXTORTION ARTISTS

Biggest extortion and scam artists

Charge fees showed proof I paid for 4 months had to pay another fee to reinstate my account they cleared the amount owing then they added the original fees back on my account took more money from my bank account while the fees kept adding on and now they want me to pay over $5k USD for 4 months of storage for a few small parts in a locker

STAY CLEAR OF THIS MOB THEY’LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CONTINUE TO CHARGE FEES AND EXTORT YOU TO PAY UP TO GET YOUR STUFF OUT!

The worst experience again one year…

The worst experience again one year later. I had. the similar stuff up in 2025 with same sort of order

One month to deliver my book. Chat Bot “Atlas" was useless.
No strength or support. It was $100 AUD forwarding cost which is not at all viable

Also I dont like the way you unpack and repack my parcel. No privacy. Please take me off your records as I dont want to use you ever again in UK or the USA and certainly not from TRUMPFUCISTAN

Use another service to ship to Canada

Service getting too expensive and nickel and diming for fees. I had an item with tracking delivered to their facility and it was never shipped and they can't do anything about it because they didn't ship it or put it on the invoice and won't help because I didn't buy insurance. Everytime I contact them via their website for an issue or question, it takes days (says 24 hours) to get back to you, sometimes they don't even respond (but quick to respond once you get away from their website and into actual emails) Disappointing to have to cancel their service due to eBay's horrendous shipping fees to Canada but its no longer worth the headaches of dealing with them when something doesn't go right.

Thieves

Thieves! The most dishonest unhelpful company I have ever dealt with! Would not let me pay! Always the same message about unexpected error try again in a few minutes and yet after trying for days nothing changes, customer service abysmal and no help whatsoever if they even answer you! They deliberately do it so you’ll just walk away and then the staff can take your packages! The most disgusting company! They are criminals! I’m taking legal action against them for theft of goods and we have informed consumer affairs in the USA and Australia.,, the Australian consumer affairs have had so many complaints they are now investigating them!

WARNING

I sent minted silver coins and silver pieces to my friend in Australia. They confiscated the package and told her they are throwing it away. Guaranteed they didn't throw away the silver! And when I call customer service I get that the mailbox is full. And the HR department cuts you off mid message. No one to get hold of. DO NOT USE.
