Mostly use it for student discounts and the codes always work. I just wish they’d partner up with more stores and offer bigger discounts since 5% doesn’t cut it for a student sometimes. I know it ain’t their fault if the companies don’t offer it but maybe there could be a partner up

You get a lot of discounts for a lot of different brands, which works amazing, but mostly only on stuff that is not on offer.
Still nice to have and only had to verify it once.

After almost a month, it is still under review and no response to my inquiries.I am afraid of handling uploaded certificates. I want it returned.

Was having some issues with my email and updating my account after transferring university. I submitted a few tickets but no avail, I reached out directly and Liam was able to fix my problem very quickly!

Customer support is terrible. I was automatically verified as a student in Republic of Ireland, when I requested to change this to United Kingdom I was asked to provide documentation showing that I was registered there, which I did so. Since then I have only been receiving responses for over two weeks which I assume are generated by AI or auto responses as I get the same responses saying my account has been verified despite saying several times that that is not why I contacted support, it was already verified I just need to change the country. I say in every response email please read the thread and do not reply saying my account has been verified and they still everytime send an auto response back or else do not reply for days at a time. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Really interesting offers; Unfortunately, retailers offer the same products cheaper through other sales channels - Unidays doesn't deserve that!

Have really good discounts with a wide range, really beneficial during those uni days ;). Only wish is that there was more variety of restaurants and stores were you can use the discount both online AND in store.
