I'm gonna give these guys 5 stars because I unfortunately did'nt realise the slow delivery service that everyone is complaining about.

I asked for cancellation and they promptly sorted it out and gave me a refund. If in the future I had more time and wanted tyres, I would probably use them.

Tyres were cheap but then they provided the wrong number for the garage where they were being delivered. When I tried querying it, they were of zero help. Getting support from them is almost impossible. They use an outsourced company that has no clue about anything.
And then when I did get the tyres, the garage told me they were actually 3 years old (new, but from 2023) which they don't mention on the site when you purchase.
Overall, terrible customer experience

Absolutely waste of time ordering from this company. It states 2-5 working days for delivery and when they don’t deliver and you try contacting them, they have Ai just having you go around in circles. They say a human will give you a call back and they never do
Order at your own peril !!! You have been warned.

This is the second time I buy tyres here. The first time was in 2020 during COVID lockdown and they were brilliant. Very fast and competitive prices.
Unfortunately I can't say the same about my more recent experience. I ordered 4 tyres on 13/05. Delivery was delayed by one week and when I finally received my order on 30/05, they sent me only 2 tyres!
I reported this straight away. The company apologised and promised to sort it quickly. It's 15/06 now and the two other tyres haven't even been shipped yet.
Update on the 20/07 (two months, one week from the order).

The company returned half of the payment after my endless chase over email and WhatsApp chat. I have a feeling I'll have to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Mytyres? Never again

I’ve been using this website for some time now and have placed around 4 orders in total. Everything was fine — very good prices and a wide selection of tyres. Delivery usually took about 7 days, which is what I expected, as I knew the tyres were shipped from Europe, specifically from Germany.
Up to that point, my experience was 5/5 with no issues.
However, my last order changed my opinion. The tyre took around 25 days to arrive, and the tracking information was completely inaccurate. I decided to cancel the order and returned the unnecessary tyre. Supposedly, the refund was processed a long time ago, but I still haven’t received the money. Contacting customer support is pointless — it’s just an AI bot.
Everything is fine as long as the order goes smoothly and you don’t need to contact customer support.
Now my rating is 2/5.

Do not use this company. Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing. Tyres arrived at garage. We had laid to have these fitted. Mytyres did not send pin code, so we had to pay for the fitting, even though we had already done this through my tyres. Can not get in contact with this company at all. An AI bot on phone and chats. It's shocking. Fortunately paid with PayPal so will be able to claim amount paid back.

Absolutely brilliant service. I purchased general grabber cross all season 225/55/19 for my 2017 Nissan Xtrail and they arrived within 8 days. I have saved over £300 when comparing alternative online prices. Thank you so much. UK review.

An absolute joke of a company. People like this should NOT be allowed to conduct business in the UK. The tyres come from Germany. I have waited 2 weeks for delivery which was estimated 2 days ago. They have not responded to my message from 2 days ago and the only phone number that works for them leads you to the most painfully stupid AI. It asked for and I provided my order number and phone number 5 times and it just kept asking the same questions. This is disgusting business practice. I will be contacting my bank and the consumer watchdog.

Poor communication on a long lead time. On the website it states "fast and free UK delivery". It is free but sadly not fast. 6 week delivery time with poor communication. Would not use this company again.

Shocking, wouldn't recommend to anyone and to avoid as this company will only wind you up.
Ordered a pair of tyres, on order number RD 57069852 got dispatch updates etc too tell me they are on route, delivery goes past the delivery day, chase up with there rubbish AI system, and then receive an email the day after there due to be told they not even been dispatched. Awful. Wish id looked at there reviews first before ordering.

Ordered two tyres for old BMW, good price in comparison to Blackcircles. Delivery was scheduled for 21 days later and was notified that the order has been shipped to warehouse in the UK.When the tyres didn’t turn up I tried to call them. No luck there;they don’t have easy access to staff, all service is machine based. Then a week later the order was cancelled by them with no reason other than the term “OTHER” and they were going to return the purchase price-circa £950. I am still waiting now 20 days later for that to arrive in my account. My advice to anyone who uses this company to stay away and look for a supplier who values happy customers.

This is dishonest company that is fake. They take your payment and you will never receive anything. Had to open a paypal case and get my credit card company involved. I would never recommend anyone buy from them.

This business is appalling. You must avoid them. I ordered four tyres over a month ago and received 2. I’ve been chasing the other two for over a month now and have given up. I’ve asked to cancel but know they’ll be difficult from all the other reviews I’ve now read. So I’ve just opened a dispute with Amex and hope they’ll get my money back for me.

I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering from them. You MUST avoid this business.

The worst business on the internet. 3 weeks after my order, still no tyres arrived. No communication from mytyres. Tracking doesn't work. Cancelled the order via a chatbot as you can't communicate with a human employee of the business. I'm still waiting for a refund. I've had to report to my bank. Please AVOID at all costs.

Use only if desperate. Told me I hadn’t paid and they were cancelling my desperately needed tyres so paid again. Eventually ( after 8 days - delivered) Tracking in complicated technical German. then great difficulty getting second payment back. IMPOSSIBLE to contact. All you get by phone is a bot who goes around in circles. Any e-mail from them is a no- reply address. PayPal brilliant and forced them to repay.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY STAY AWAY
4 weeks later we are still waiting for tyres. Cannot get hold of anyone only a sunny AI chat machine which is totally useless

This company appears to be a total deceit and a scam. Please do not waste your time ordering anything from them. The gave me delivery time to be 2 - 4 working days and I ordered two tyres on a Saturday that I needed on or before the following Saturday. After placing my order, they sent me an email to say that the estimated delivery time was in two weeks (in 10 working days). I called and chatted their useless AI on WhatsApp on more than 20 occasions to cancel my order and to request a refund. Till date, I have not been able to speak to any human staff of the company to confirm the cancellation and to get my refund. They will mislead you into buying their so-called cheap tyres, but it is not worth the trouble you face afterwards. Please stay away from this company even if they offer you any tyre for a pound.

Had the tyre I needed said was in stock, ordered and next day order was passed to warehouse then a message saying they are busy and will take a few days longer. A week later get an email saying it’s despatched and will take another ten days to deliver. Car off the road for 3 weeks. Wish I had read the reviews and just gone with someone else! Still waiting for delivery!! Avoid

Discussing service. Bought tyres online -1-3 days of delivery. After 3 days find out that will take 10-14 days. Claimed for refund, saying they done it -but I didn't get my money back yet for over week. Impossible to get to the live agent if you want to talk about issues , but not a problem if you say want to buy, live agent then available straight forward .Looks as FRAUD company, as owns my money without service provided for 2 weeks. Failing to proceed refund in over 10 days now.

Ordered 4 tyres with an advertised 2-day delivery, but after waiting weeks only 2 tyres arrived. I eventually had to cancel the remaining 2 due to the excessive delay.

I was then informed they couldn’t charge my card for the revised amount and was asked to make payment manually. I did so immediately and provided proof of payment as requested. Despite this, my card was charged again for the same amount a few days later.

The issue is still ongoing, with claims that I never provided proof of payment and very slow responses from customer service. As things stand, I have been charged twice and effectively been robbed.
