I would strongly advise avoiding MyTrip at all costs.
They unilaterally changed my flights without my consent, completely disrupting my plans. What followed was hours wasted on the phone dealing with some of the most unhelpful and frustrating customer service I’ve ever experienced. Each interaction felt like hitting a brick wall — no ownership, no solutions, and no accountability.
To make matters worse, when I asked to be put back onto my original flights, they attempted to charge me additional fees for the privilege of fixing a problem they created. When I quite reasonably refused and requested a full refund, they offered a completely illogical “solution”: a partial refund for the outbound flight only, while expecting me to keep the return flight. As if that is in any way practical or usable.
There was no flexibility, no common sense, and no attempt to resolve the situation fairly. I also repeatedly asked to escalate the issue or speak with a manager, which was outright refused — incredibly poor practice for any customer-facing business.
Overall, this felt less like a travel service and more like a trap designed to extract additional fees at every turn. Extremely disappointing and deeply frustrating experience. I will not be using them again and would strongly recommend others steer clear.

this is the worst company in the world. Cancelled my flight from Manchester to riyadh via Brussels to Istanbul to riyadh. Brussels to riyadh legs both were cancelled after ive received my boarding passes. THE DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT. it's been over a month and they still haven't process my refund and they're saying to me they won't refund it all. I have spent over 16 hours in calls every time you're connected they transfer you to some other department you wait another couple hours in a queue. then when you somehow get to 2nd in the queue they cut the call the process starts all over again. Doesn't reply to emails doesnt answer phones. worst part? im down 1.5K because of them and they've still held my payment for over a month. DONT BOOK THROUGH THIS GARBAGE WEBSITE.

Terrible experience with MyTrip. My flight was canceled, and getting any support was nearly impossible. There’s no real customer service—just generic responses or no response at all.
They don’t follow their own policies and offer no help when things go wrong. I would strongly recommend booking directly with an airline instead. Or anywhere else for that matter.

It is the worst customer service that can exist in the entire world. Not helpful on purpose, several times I got hopeful but in the end no help. I contacted the airline by myself in the end for a refund. They paid the refund to mytrip, and mytrip paid the review to me. In an email they said they found it strange I didn’t contact them for help. But I contacted them five times. Such a joke
Mytrip is withholding my refund despite China Southern Airlines official policy!
Mytrip is refusing to process a refund that I am legally entitled to. China Southern Airlines has issued an official waiver policy which explicitly covers my ticket for a full refund.
I have contacted China Southern Airlines directly, and they confirmed that my ticket is eligible for a refund but must be processed by the issuing agency, Mytrip. Despite this, Mytrip customer service keeps lying to me, claiming I must contact the airline. This is a classic "ping-pong" delay tactic to keep my money.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and file a chargeback with my bank for "Services not rendered." Do not book with Mytrip if you value your money!

Booked a flight from Bangkok to Colombo (Booking Reference: 8BPJ8O) through MyTrip for two passengers. Full payment was made, we received a confirmation, and the booking was briefly visible on SriLankan Airlines' website. Then it disappeared completely.
When we contacted SriLankan Airlines, they told us the ticket was never issued through their system and directed us back to MyTrip as the booking source. When we went back to MyTrip, they told us to contact the airline directly to "open the ticket status." We went back and forth like this for weeks.
Let me be clear: we paid MyTrip. Not the airline. The moment we paid, it became MyTrip's responsibility to ensure that money reached the airline and that our tickets were properly issued. Instead, it appears the booking was never paid to the airline at all — which is why it disappeared from their system.
MyTrip's response has been to pass the problem back to the airline repeatedly, despite the airline explicitly stating in writing that customers who did not book directly through them must contact their travel agent. We have that in writing.
We are now filing formal complaints with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and relevant consumer protection authorities, and pursuing a chargeback through our bank.
If you are considering booking through MyTrip — don't. If something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility. They will just point you elsewhere until you give up.

Booked a flight from Okinawa to London (with connecting flights) with MYTRIP in January 2026 to only be told days later that these flights had been cancelled because they were non existent.
We are in April 2026 with still no refund of the cancelled flights. They also don’t want to communicate to us as they rarely reply to our countless emails.
Giving them a 1 star is generous. Please be cautious about booking from their site

Absolutely shocking experience with MyTrip – avoid at all costs.
I had a flight booked from Kathmandu to London on 1st March which was cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. From that moment on, MyTrip completely disappeared. I spent HOURS trying to contact them – multiple phone calls with over 3-hour hold times, only to be cut off again and again. Their online chat was even worse – I waited over 6 hours on several occasions, only to be disconnected with no help whatsoever.
I even had people in England trying to get through on my behalf, with exactly the same result – nothing.
Because of their complete lack of support, I was left stranded and had to pay out of my own pocket for 8 nights in a hotel, as well as arranging and paying for my own flight home. Not a single attempt was made by MyTrip to contact me about my cancelled flight or offer any assistance.
To make matters worse, after booking through them I upgraded the flight to business class directly on the airline’s website. I now cannot access the booking at all to try and recover or claim back the cost of that upgrade, leaving me even further out of pocket.
I sent multiple emails – all ignored.
Finally, on 13/04, I managed to get through on online chat, only to be told I was marked as a “no show” for a flight that THEY cancelled. That says everything about how disorganised and incompetent this company is.
When I tried to escalate the issue and speak to a senior manager, they flat-out refused.
This has been one of the most annoying and frustrating travel experiences I’ve ever had. Zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero support when it actually matters.
Avoid MyTrip unless you’re happy to be completely abandoned when something goes wrong.
