Brilliant service and delivery

always easy to order on line quick delivery

Item was on sale so bought and paid for it, they then cancelled my order, when i phoned ro see why they said they had no stock, however the item was still for sale but now at the full price. Not impressed.

Parcel delivered on time to the specified location, with no damage to the packaging. Item was exactly what was described.

Although initially I had some issues connecting my hose to the compressor, I rang MTK & spoke to Ethan. He gave me terrific advice over a video call & had my machine sorted in no time.

I was a bit nervous about buying a compressor and nail gun as it's quite a big investment.
The web site is easy to use and full of useful information.
Purchase was easy and everything arrived beautifully packaged.
I'm really happy with my purchase and the service.

I ordered 3 boxes of divergent staples and yet again they were packaged really well, and delivered extremely quickly. Stupidly I'd ordered a box off Amazon and they came loose in an a cardboard box!!! Never again!! Shoukd have just ordered from Stapling & Nailing.

Despatch was fast . The nail gun and pins I purchased is for work I haven't started yet but confident the tools will be satisfactory as they were given a pre delivery inspection .

I am a complete novice when it comes to re-upholstery, but give it my best shot. I really liked the idea of a bespoke compressor but to be honest didn't know where to start.

I looked at the company website but really wanted to talk to someone about it for reassurance. So I made the call and I am so glad that I did because I spoke to Jill, who is what I would describe as a "sunny" person, explaining what I hoped to do and discussed the upholstery compressor kit for beginners. A long story short, after speaking to Jill several times I bought the compressor that I needed with the correct size staples and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I also know that if I need any further help that I can call Jill.
