I ordered a teapot from MyTindy in September 2025 and, as of now, FIVE MONTHS AGO!! I still have not received it. I have emailed the company multiple times over several months to ask for an update or a refund, but I have received no meaningful response.
At this point, the lack of communication is extremely disappointing. Delays can happen, but not responding to customers for months is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Placed order 29.11.2025 and still haven´t received the items two months later. Customer representative "Sara" is a master of making excuses and replying to straight questions with vague answers.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from MyTindy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I placed order on Aug 4 and it’s Sept 21st. Not shipped yet! Sara keeps pushing my shipping date back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

TOTAL SCAM! Avoid! Placed an order over 2 months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I have contacted them multiple times. They just keep saying it’s being prepared for shipment, delays due to demand blah blah. Over and over. The same excuses but no updates. I have seen many others with the same experience. They have ads all over social media but should be shut down immediately.

Ordered items in May 2025, contacted seller about delays in shipping and was told due to defects some items had to be remade. Contacted MyTindy multiple times and was told order would be “shipping soon” or “shipping very soon” but as of August 2025 I still have not received the items or any updates. This company appears to be fraudulent as they take customers money and then never fulfill the order. I do not recommend purchasing from them and if you have a similar experience I recommend reporting their pages on social media and leaving reviews when you can.

I ordered a beautifully woven Beni Ourain rug and a set of ceramic tagines from MyTindy. The packaging was secure, and the items reflect genuine Moroccan craftsmanship — you can see the care and artistry in every stitch and glaze. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but MyTindy kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated. I now feel confident using these in my home and even recommended MyTindy to friends looking for authentic Moroccan pieces!

Sara at mytindy was super helpful after I gave the wrong delivery address 😃. Swiftly sorted it out for me. I had no issues with my card payment. If in doubt maybe use PayPal. I will shop with them again.

Do not buy from this seller! Warning! I purchased a purse from them on 9/11/24. It is now 3/17/25 and I still have not received it. I have emailed them several times and the 1st two times they did respond saying they were behind schedule but that it would soon be sent out. I emailed them again in January 2025 asking for a refund at this point. They replied right away and said it was actually due to ship out in a few days. A month passed and nothing. I emailed them again beginning of Feb. No response. I emailed them again 1st week of March, no response. I emailed them again a few days ago. No response to my repeated request for a refund. I went on their site and it still shows my order is unfulfilled. They lead you on until it is passed the window to be able to dispute the charge with the credit card companies and PayPal so then you are completely screwed. Truly an awful scam of a company. They should be shut down.

If zero stars were an option that would be my pick. I ordered an item on September 6th for a gift needed by October 11th. It is now December 12th and I still have not received it. I’ve sent over 10 messages asking for an update and I’m only give vague responses. I’m sure I will never receive the item ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Avoid! Placed an order on August 10th (its' now November 25th) and still haven't received it. It's been sitting in a customs hold for 2 months - I asked repeatedly to deal with whatever issue was holding it up, but only received "sorry for the delay, thank you for your patience" type replies. They did nothing to resolve the issue after saying they would, and now I find out it's because they posted my $250 order as worth $11 so it was flagged by customs. Again, no help from MyTindy to deal with their problem and I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my order. Worst online ordering experience I've ever had.

2 months waiting for a bag, after 3 weeks they start sending e-mail writing that is almost ready and I wait for another month. I ask and I get the refund from Paypal as I didn't get even a track code and they call me asking to stop the paypal request otherwise they can't send me the money, but I already got the money from Paypal. It's the first time in years that something like this happen to me, I think they are very incorrect business, be aware!

I wanted to send some gifts from Morocco to friends in Cannes and Sara helped me select the perfect gift for them and made sure it was received on time.

Bought myself several pillows and 1 rug to add to my home and everything arrived perfectly. Sara was super nice and even sent me photos of my rug progress with the women artisans and even though there was a bit of delay, I appreciated the constant communication that made me at ease. Will definitely buy again !

They work with other's products and they don't pay artisans for their work

They are using other shops' photos on their website, and we don't even if they the products or not!

I will never use it again! After the product is shipped and received well by the customer you cannot get your money back!!!! There is no way to contact the company other than WhatsApp!!!!!
Bottom line, Mytindy is garbage! That sentiment is not aimed at the individual sellers on the site, but at the company itself.
