Do not buy their products! Bad customer service! Fraud!

Do not buy their products! If it doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to be, they will not refund you in any ways. Not only that, they take a long time to ship out. You MIGHT get your items in 2+ months or none at all. They are greedy and this is why their business is failing.
Oh, did I mention that they closed down their website for about a month now and in no way alerting customers about it?

They recently changed their name to FanGears on facebook. Buyers beware! Didn't say I warn ya!

NOT a happy customer.

Wish i had seen all the bad reviews before I placed an order with this company for a Christmas gift (order placed Dec 6 2018). Item didn't arrive for Christmas. Item hasn't arrived as of this posting.
Maybe it never will.

Is this company a scam? The site doesn't seem to have live people who respond to customer questions...much less actual tracking information. A few days after you order, they send an automated email that your order has shipped. But has it shipped? WHO KNOWS. Will it ever ship? WHO KNOWS.

If anyone from My Storify actually reads these reviews...SOLVE THIS PROBLEM GUYS. It's pretty simple. Post how long delivery will take from china to the US or other countries. Make tracking information easily available to your customers. Get some real live people to answer the phone number posted on your website.

You can stop all the bad reviews with a few simple changes to your customer experience. NOW DO IT.

Nice shoes, well packaging

Took 10 days to arrive and much faster than I expected. The most impression with this store is the support team, they are very nice and helped me a lot in choosing the right size for my son. Definitely get something here again for this Christmas !

I did buy a hoodie and bedroom sheets from mystorify for a gift. Waiting time was to long,material 100% polyester. Waste of time and money! Don't even think about buying from this website. I was very dissapointed😫👎

There is not one single person you can…

There is not one single person you can speak to in person, emails are answered 3 or 4 days later. Their website is misleading when it comes to returns. I returned my item to the address they have as their headquarters and now they are stating that's not their address. very disorganized

Great Concept!!! Long wait time.

Aside from being very happy with the product I am not one of those people who gives a low rating to someone for trying. And I feel, MyStorify honestly wants to please it's customers, they should focus on getting their products to it's customers a lot sooner than 4-5 weeks. In today's world economy with so many trying to get over on pple, it's hard to imagine they would want to take the chance of being crossed off, however, simply because of the long wait time. Great business model, have more products on hand; and not wait to produce it after an order has been placed. Thanks.

AVOID!!!!!

Ordered before the new year on the 28th of Dec. It is now Feb. 20 and still no package yet. Tried to cancel the item and asked for refund, but no go. 2 months and no item. I can understand 1 month, but 2 is not acceptable. Avoid at all cost.

No no and No!

I will admit I should've done my research before even ordering from a site I've never heard of but unfortunately I didn't.

I ordered a hoodie back on 1/31 and as of 2/18 it's has still not shipped.
And mind you I have already contacted them about this and though they did respond with something along the lines of it takes 3-7 days for the products to be manufactured. (I contacted them on 2/6)

So after I got that message I waited another week to see if my item would ship and it didn't so I didn't even bother to send them another email asking about my order I just opened a case with PayPal for a refund.

Because any legitimate company would ship your order in a timely manner without you having to constantly email them wondering when your order is going to ship.

I gave 2 stars because at least when I emailed them with my question they actually responded back.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered product in December. they shipped to the wrong postal code, so I never received my order. Shows I entered correct address, and that they shipped to wrong location. After many, many attempts at resolution, I have been completely ignored. Total scam!

Beware of this site!! I ordered a jacket for my hubby...i ordered bigger as site said jacket ran small... well it ran way smaller than they claim.... also seemed to for like a ladies jacket....i contacted support... they kept sending me a link for their FAQ.... if you buy from them all sales are final... you aren't getting any assistance from them.... i simply asked if i could exchange for bigger... nope.... i get a nasty email... staying all sales are final if due to picking the wrong size...i didn't pick the wrong size..i ordered bigger and it's still small.... so lesson learned..... i lost my money... don't be like me..... learn from my mistake!!!
