I booked a flight over 2 days ago

I booked a flight over 2 days ago, and even 54 hours later, I still haven’t received my ticket – despite the payment being confirmed immediately. I contacted customer service, and the only explanation I was given is that tickets are usually issued instantly by a robot, but when handled by a human, it “takes time.” Frankly, this is unacceptable. It should never take over two days to issue a confirmed ticket, especially when the departure is now less than four hours away.

This delay has caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty, and I find it hard to believe that such inefficiency is considered normal. If you’re booking a last-minute flight or need peace of mind with your travel plans, I would strongly advise against using this platform. A booking system that can’t guarantee timely ticket issuance is not reliable – especially when travel timing is critical.

We ordered the tickets and they cancelled them because those tickets are “sold out”.
If they’re sold out why would you let us order when there’s no tickets.
We already booked a hotel and rented a car
And the flight should be tomorrow. also, what about the “24/7” services? Are they really a 24/7 services or is it just to relieve the customers (scam). No thank you for that an i really recommend that nobody fly with this scam company. I hate you from the bottom of my heart.

Definitely a scam - Horrible

Definately a scam.
I payed the first time and got a confirmation - they sent email confirmation and a day later they cancelled.
I payed a second time with extra money to "confirm the booking" - Received email saying that tickets are confirmed and will be sent in 24 hours. then received an email saying that "They are pleased to inform me that only the return ticket is confirmed". Seems like a scam to hold on to customers money for a few days. I am pursuing legal action.

they dont book your tickets direcrtly. they secure the money from you and then they try to get your tickets.

I order 4 tickets with "mytickets" for british (B.A.) on may 2024.
B.A. cancelled the flights, because the situation in my country.
Till today and after many many mails and phone call, I didn't get refund.
Today I spoke with the airlines (B.A.) representative, and she told me, that they (B.A.) refund the agent long time ago.

Avoid MyTickets AE

Avoid MyTickets AE – Feels Like a Scam!

I booked a flight through MyTickets AE, and it was canceled. Since then, I have been stuck in a never-ending battle trying to get my refund. It's been over three months, and every time I reach out via email or phone, I get the same generic excuse: "It's still under review."

Out of frustration, I personally contacted the airline I was supposed to fly with, and they confirmed that they processed the refund over a month ago. Yet, MyTickets AE continues to claim they haven't received anything. So where did the money go?

This company is completely unreliable, and their customer service is useless. They keep stalling, hoping customers will just give up. It honestly feels like a scam!

If you value your time, money, and sanity – stay far away from MyTickets AE. I do not recommend them at all.
