Awesome Customer support
I've gotten a lot of different things from my tactical promos and any time I've had some kind of problem they've helped immediately with whatever the problem was without basically accusing me of lying or making something up like most places do and I really appreciate that.
I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now…
I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now for my orders and they say that they don't know why it hasn't shipped yet and asked if I wanted a refund. No I don't want refund I want my orders and I was hoping to get them before Christmas but I got an email informing me that that ain't gonna happen unfortunately. Idk what is up. I've ordered a few times in past and had no issues at all. Great shipping response time, excellent customer service, polite all around great company but I'm bummed out about this time. I ordered the 5 item mystery box and the Night vision binoculars spent like $200+ and still hasn't shipped...

I have received all items ordered in duplicate! Once I was able to connect with Customer support, they agreed to send what part of my order they had, then send the rest later. It arrived a week or so later and everything was there. A few days later, I received a duplicate of my order! So it took a long time but the company made good on the order.
I ordered several items from Tacticaladay on 10/24/25. The money was promptly paid by my credit card and all I have received so far is multiple daily emails and text messages. If only the shipping department worked as hard as the marketing department! I inquired about my items on 11/28/25 and was told the trauma kits were backordered. Nothing else has been shipped as of 12/20/25 and I get no responses to my emails. They are selling merchandise they do not have apparently. It seems the website and support email are no longer functional so I can't even get a response at this point.

Very responsive anything I needed or had questions about literally within 30 min of emailing they got back to me their products are as good as they advertise I have not been disaapointed at all just a good company doing the right things
No mystery box
Sent the sling bag and no mystery box, instead there was a $3.55 flashlight when I questioned why they refunded $9.28 instead of just sending the mystery box, one of the reasons I ordered was partially because of the supposed $158 multi item mystery box

I like the initial product and wanted to process sale quickly. However the web page forced me to sit through every single item you offer, several attempts at an upscale in quantity. Which turned me off to the point I no longer wanted the original item. I tend to be a repeat customer, but forcing me to sit the 20 plus pages until I got confirmation of my sale? Was very annoying. A hijack of personal time. Sure all the other stuff is cool and all but what seemed like an obvious forced upsale was a turn off to your web designer and company that seems to insist I buy more.? Well you came close to losing my single purchase. The hard sell on every item when, for now, I just want the one item? Maybe after 3 or 4 a 'take me to my cart would ensure you more sales in the long run.

I placed an order on Nov 30th
I placed an order on Nov 30th, it was supposed to ship within so many business days. I have ordered from this company before and didn't have an issue. I emailed customer support to ask when my order should arrive, received email back stating it looked like it was in the process of shipping. I emailed again a label was created for the order on Nov 30th. I received an email letting me know what I ordered was on backorder and asked if I wanted to cancel and get refunded. I was really looking forward to getting my order.

I ordered a trauma kit from…
I ordered a trauma kit from mytacticalpromos. After 3 weeks it still had not arrived! I inquired with them and the reason for the delay that they gave me was that it was on ‘back order’, with no expected ship date. I suspect the real reason is that I didn’t bite on any of the other items that they were aggressively pushing on their promo website. So rather than eat the discount on the trauma kit they were ‘kind enough’ to refund my purchase. These guys are sharks and pirates.
For $50.00 I got a head lamp
For $50.00 I got a head lamp, a pocket knife and a small key chain. The commercial online shows the guy opening a big cardboard box, a bit deceitful. But customer service is refunding me my money, waiting to see if I have to send the stuff back.If not they might of earned me as a customer, "Might"
Outstanding Customer Service
I have purchased from tactical promos a few times now and am truly happy with everything I have purchased. This time I purchased 3 trauma first aid kits, then it goes through the bonus promos which I find that this time it has become very long, so many more popups (then my previous purchases) when you think your at the end, more popups happen. It felt exhausting🥱. So I backed out started doing other things, I received a text message to come back and finish my purchase so I did at the end of my night.Some how ended up with 6 trauma first aid bags (I only wanted 3) not sure where the mistake happened but the customer service fixed the mistake the very next morning👍 thank you. I did end up adding the flat flashlight 😃 from the bonus promos and excited for it. And now I can not get the Tent and mat package in a nice shoulder bag out of my head from one of the other bonus promos, I wish I would have added that to my order. So all in all the bonus promos are working.
Quality equipment from what I can tell
Everything i have gotten from here seems to be quality and so far has held up really well. I can't wait until the next box shows up.

I ordered three Red Line Firefighter…
I ordered three Red Line Firefighter tribute knives for the shipping & handling fee of $19.99 each. That price seems a little steep, but I thought to myself, "What the heck!
Why not...?" They appeared to be real good-quality knives.
They expected the delivery date to be Dec. 4th, 2025 but instead, I received it on Dec. 2nd, 2025. So far, everything is excellent...
Then I opened the bubble wrap envelope.
The included display boxes are very nice. They are rigid black plastic with a cutout for the knife to fit snugly. On the outside of the box, it has gold stenciling with Donald Trump's signature. Puzzled, I opened the first of three boxes.
The box didn't have firefighter line tribute flags; they are Red Trump knives. I love them, but I am only one of three recipients. The other two (my wife and daughter) are all Trumped out.
I called but had to leave a message. Their message said to also email them at "support (at) mytacticalpromos (dot) com," so I wrote out the issue and sent it in.
I was promised a response within 24 hrs. The next morning, I received an apology email. I also received a call from a friendly lady who said she'll make it right and will send the correct knives right away.
At that time, I asked if I could edit the order to instead receive the black "TacKnives." She told me she would and will get those 3 knives sent out right away. In addition, she said, "Keep the other 3 Trump knives as a gift to make up for the mistake." So for no more money, I'm going to get 3 of the black TacKnives at no extra cost, including shipping.
There was no reason to get upset and yell at her; she is simply making it right.
I received an email today with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
I couldn't be more pleased with this company!
This isn't my first order. My other orders had no issues and arrived on time or before the promised date.
I highly recommend this company to anybody!
