I felt like they had a good selection of stuff. Some of it was not as good as quality as I hoped some of it was the free mystery gifts were usually not the best but overall good products for the stuff you actually paid for shipping was very fast. I hate to see that you’re going out of business according to their commercials on social media. I ordered quite a bit of product from them over the last several months. The knives were good along with the emergency equipment for the most part. mystery gifts I felt were cheap quality and they sent that numerous times over and over instead of a variety even if I ordered a mystery box it was only cheaper things never once that I get high-quality items that they advertise.

Well,,,each time I have contacted you, I have received the quickest response and quickest possible adjustment and delivery of the shipment that was not delivered to me. Thank you for being on top of the problem and taking care of everything. You guys are Awesome...Again, Thank you 😊 🙏 ☺️

I call no one answer.

I received a flex gear in the mail. As I was looking and figuring out what it was the cap fell off and I could not get it to stay on. I emailed the company and they responded within a day saying that the cap should not do that and are sending a replacement.

A great experience. My tactical was a pleasure dealing with. They did what they said they would do and was always prompt with answers and delivery

I have got several products from this company. Good customer service good prices and cool products. I have always had good experiences with them. Check em out you will enjoy their products

The solar powered USB charger that I received at work so they probably sent me a new one they have all kinds of cool gadgets they don't have a problem giving them away either great company so far

Other than the shipping holdup I have had a great experience. I especially like the detail in explaining the items.

I have ordered a flag coin display case early April. I have not received it as of yet. Shipping is very slow. They apologize for inconvenience, but it’s still very slow. I am waiting for a reply. Other than a robot reply I don’t get much satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the speediness of the shipping and receiving of my product. I thought when I ordered, I was supposed to receive a free headlamp. Other than that. Everything else was great. I wouldn’t be afraid to order from them again.

This site has some good items at decent prices but they don't make it clear that when you make a purchase you are going to be signed up for a membership with reoccurring charges, unless you actually read all of their terms of service. This seems a little deceiving to me. But I did email them to cancel my membership and they did it immediately which was good.

I love mytacticalpromos, but I accidently signed up for a monthly subscription. I really prefer to know what I am buying, when I pay, so I'd rather do a one time order.
So I asked for a cancelation. Within Minutes I received a reply saying not only was it cancelled, but they refunded the monthly fee, and apologized for My mistake!
What more could I ask for?

I bought gold bars so it said but instead it was copper and zinc not even gold plated .I want a refund for the total of all the bars I've bought that's 4 of them.

I have requested to be removed from the horrible company. I have texted, wrote letter but they continue to harass me.

It wouldn't let me order what I wanted and placed 2 orders I cancelled. It's been very frustrating trying to get any answers. I even called your number and received a answering machine. What do I do now? My only other option is to block you at my bank. Contact me soon..

On thier Trump 2.0 products they say are free just pay for shipping there adds are false they show so many items but every box is packed different well packing I question I got a deck of cards lol.the shipping was what covered the cost but this deck of cards is so light could of mailed it with 3 stamps and it's not a package just small envelope size of a letter just be warned don't expect much for the high shipping cost

Good value for the money. If you have an issue, they stand behind their product. I had a hiccup with the trauma kit I ordered and they made it right immediately. I recommend them!!

The website was very informative the deals were excellent the only issue that I had was was when you're waiting for the the order to confirm they keep throwing bonuses and bonuses and bonuses at you if you could opt out of that part of it it would be a thousand percent but it was still a great experience anyway. The products offered were top shelf First Rate at the deals were excellent. The customer service is over the top I accidentally ordered two of an item and they got back to me held my order up and emailed me and told me that they noticed that I ordered multiples and gave me the opportunity to change my order or or let it go through excellent customer service and and the response time was quick
