I needed to return items for a refund. I used the Chat Box to ask for how to handle this. I VERY QUICKLY GOT customer service on a Sunday afternoon, complete with an email confirming a full refund AND a postage paid mailing label for the refund! Couldn't ask for more than that!

I am very impressed with this company ethics, they really try hard to please the customer and make their purchase with them a good experience, as with any company every once in awhile you experience a glitch but if it when that happens they are there within minutes to correct any trouble or "glitch" that may have arrised, in one of the pickiest customers that must venders will experience but this company is tops as far as I'm concerned, their customer service is the best in the business, give them a try , you won't be disappointed

Literally NO ONE available to provide live support or even response to emails or the phone. Impossible to get a reply in reference to your purchase. They don't even provide a order number to refer to.

Item value verus Actual Cost
After watching the advertisement I decided to purchase 2 mystery boxes for $10.99 each. I received 2 knives neither one worth $60 as advertised. One knife was no bigger than 2-3 inches long, the other knife was bigger and had a built-in seat belt cutter and a window point for shattering side windows. Neither one of them in my opinion worth the stated $60-120 dollars.
They very quickly offered a refund and a return label pre-paid which is nice. However I was looking forward to receiving 2 great items so I was disappointed but thankful that this company stands behind their products.

I have made 4 purchases and received 2 of them so far, the 1st was a small shoulder bag, made very well, strong material, it came with a small pocketknife, metal blade & plastic body very nice & light weight. My 2nd the emergency radio, I really like this I'm able to take it just about anywhere & charge my phone. My 3rd is the military grade telescope & an outdoor mystery box & my 4th is a military grade shoulder bag, I haven't received my 3rd or 4th orders yet. I did have a problem with the web page timer; it was only giving me 30 seconds or less to complete the required information to make purchase they kept telling me, "Validation error". Support team, I hope they fixed it for me.
