One start Is too generous. They should be forced to close as it is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Purchased a pot after reading in the product description that it was eligible for free return through the preprinted label to be found in the parcel. No label whatsoever so I contacted the customer number which however was down. Sent an email e after weeks they reply that the product is not eligible for return. I show them the proof that on the website it says that it benefits from free return asking therefore for the promised return label. Their reply: "thank you for your comments". I tried to open the page of the product again and now they have taken it down, if I click on the product "404 error" comes up. It is ridiculous. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. And I wish them to fail badly.

I received items that I did not like. The return option was not available online. Phone line for costumer service is down. Contacted by email and (many many days later) received the answer that as stated during the sale the items were not eligible for return. A big fat lie. the sale was still open so I took a screen shot with the info that I could "buy with confidence" and if not pleased with items "returns within 30 days" were possible. Sent pictures of the goods in perfected conditions with all original packaging and tags... No answer... They are waiting for the supplier to approve the return! I did not buy from the supplier. I bought from mystore... Do not buy from them!

Did not send me what I ordered. Cannot contact anyone via any forum. Complete fraud company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Big fraud! Never received my order! The phones lines don't operate! They don't respond to the emails! No tracking number no information NOTHING! Noone is there to inform me whether the product is coming or not! Unbelievable! I really dont know how this page is still open to the public! YOU ARE THE WORST

We ordered a table. Delivery was promised within 8 days. After several calls and mails we received a table BROKEN. 2 months of calls (waiting online up to 1.5 hours)!!!!! 24 mails we have received an answer "get rid of the table we will transfer the money back ". So 3 months after we placed the order we had to pay extra for a transportation of BROKEN table to the disposal station and also pay for its disposal! STAY AWAY

I can't say enough about my RMS sock aid, when I ordered it they offered free shipping, but I need it delivered to my door(I am disable) I can not go to my mailbox, so I called them and asked if they had a paid option. The person said they would ship it UPS FOR FREE(I offered to pay). It is a fantastic donner and it is true you can put on compression socks with it. I not only wear compression socks, I also add compression calf sleeves and knee braces compression. The donner puts all of them on no problem at all, such s good price. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER. Thank you RMS

Well all I can say is that I was stupid for ever thinking this was a legit store when the price was way to good to be true. Total scam 4 sure. Shoulda known better and trusted my instincts. IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT ALMOST 99.9% OF THE TIME WILL BE!!!
But still I hope these people get what they deserve, Carma and all !!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago- no email tracking not responding to emails! Shop have a lot to answer for! We use them to make these purchases they should refund our money! Price was too good to be true but Shop should think before allowing these fraudsters to use their platform and get away with this. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE!!

I ordered a Serta Smart Layers chair. I have emailed them 3 times no response. Ordering off the Shop App you would think this is a legitimate store, I’m beginning to wonder! If I don’t get a response in the next 5 days, I will file a police report because that is fraud! I will file a complaint with the BBB because the store is no longer on the Shop App. The Shop app probably had many complaints but still allowed the store to operate on their app, which is a shame before the Lord!!!

I have had the most horrible experience with this store! My store is listed on the shop app where I usually like to shop, I placed an order like 5-6 days ago, I got no update, no tracking and now I’m trying to reach them and no email answer! And store information is now unavailable on the shop app. Beware I don’t recommend this company , now getting in touch with shop app for a refund

The my store listed as george-6-8.com, has listed a narco nav 122 aircraft avionics unit and installation manual which Thay do not posess and are owned and listed by lake country avionics. I ordered these items and paid $1630.00 New Zealand currency by visa bank debit card and never received items and no responses from my store. Lake Country avionics stated that the my store listing is a scam.

Please do not order from this company. You will receive a confirmation with links to track, that don’t work. I may be calling the police.

SCAM COMPANY....Ordered some stuff beginning of February and paid for priority shipping...to date I have received nothing and when I track items it reads delivered....I have emailed the company more than six times and NO REPLY whatsoever....PLEASE BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...

ordered a product from mystore, waited 3 weeks for thier so called fast shipping, to get my item, thier response was oh we don't sell that item, so no item nor refund, i would not order anything fro this site, you wont get it! I hate thieves!

Very sad to inform say that the service provided was unsatisfactory. A gift intended for a friend in the United States was erroneously delivered to an incorrect address. Despite presenting screenshots as evidence, the company attempted to assign blame and initially declined to issue a refund until my credit card company intervened. The customer service department demonstrated a lack of professionalism and failed to resolve the issue effectively.

Scam company! Yup. I was dumb enough and impulsive enough to order a product over $50, received something completely different and "customer support" is non existent. So pissed off!
