I had ordered 5 packets of Crown strawberry flavor jelly crystals from Mystore on the 26. NOVEMBER. It reached me on the 30th but it was not the correct order. They sent me Lemon flavor which is not to my liking I tried reaching them with difficulty and for 2 days they kept on telling me an agent will within 24 hrs. But those 24 hrs. Never came. They are quiet about the refund or exchange. Whole lot of cheats

Disgusting!!!…this online shop needs to be blacklisted and investigated. No replies to emails, messages on the contact…a month and no replies. Takes the money and runs

I paid for 2 tracksuits and had nothing this so called shop is a scam stay away.There isnt anyway to contact anyone,the shop has just disappeared 😤 what a scam!!!!

My Store is a total scam.bought a £81 outdoor storage container for recycling council bags and boxes.Should have taken 2-4days...not received anything.Tried contacting Company no joy.Dont go anywhere this company!!!!!

My store is a scam, I ordered on the 13th September still not received my order. Tried tracking my order but tracking number not recognised. Thank god it was only £26 as I know there’s no chance of getting my money back. Emailed numerous times , no reply

Don't trust this website it's a scam. I ordered a small garden shed £55 on 25 July and have never received it.

I have order dezire sugar and payment also paid through Gpay, but there is no reply since 15 days, I think this is fraudulent app.

Ordered 2 boxes of DAVID bars through mystore. Never received the order. The tracking number i was provided no longer exists. MYSTORE are thieves.

Immediate response from customer service, fast solution and very professional approach.

It s gone a month and I have not received anything. Its impossible to reach out to them. Its a scam!!! Avoid it!!! I used Klarna for payment but its a headache because they say for some reasons I cannot report the problem. Stay away from this company!!!!

Total scam. AVOID.
Goods never arrived.
Took my money.
Credit to them for making it look legit.

I ordered two pots that were 75 chf each and they came much smaller that others I have ordered for less money. Moreover the wheels are impossible to fit. This is really a scam and I am sure I won’t be refunded.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Took ages to send my order then I got a mus instead of a specialist tool. Have tried to contact multiple times however no response received.

Disgusting!!! Total scam, I made a purchase of £30 which Ive not received. When I tried tracking it I was asked for a £1 payment and would get tracking info, also wanted bank details and would be charged £24-50 every month!!! I dont think so. In the meantime I just happened to look at my bank statement and saw an unknown transaction for £85-50 and a transaction fee of £2-19. I immediately phoned my bank, they cancelled my card and looked into it. Next day they called me to say as it was an illegal transaction they would refund the whole amount. Little did I realise it was this fake company. Id advise anyone caught out like me to contact your bank. Incidentally this was done abroad in euros totalling €100!!!!

I’ve ordered and paid for two mini printers for my children for Christmas, I ordered in early November but still have not received anything. I’ve tried to contact them more than once , but have yet to receive a response. This site is a scam , don’t bother using it.

So....I wrote a review regarding this sham of a company afew weeks ago. Just to update I have still NOT received my purchased item...still have NOT received a reply to the numerous emails I have sent and therefore have still NOT recieved my money back. Reading the reviews this is clearly their company policy..to take from people and not provide, to then piss people off by not even trying to resolve the problem. How can a company still be operating like this after such bad feedback. I am now sorting this out through my bank as I won't allow myself to be out of pocket because of these con artist knob heads. If you've paid for something you haven't received, you might be able to get your money back. Your card provider can ask the seller's bank to refund the money. This is known as the 'chargeback scheme'. If you paid by debit card, you can use chargeback however much you paid. Hope this helps anyone that's in the same situation as me. The 1 star rating isn't justified, I wouldn't of given it a star at all if I had the option.

My order hasn’t arrived placed on 22Nov., a children’s magic drawing set £39.95. I have sent e.mails asking what is happening because the tracking says in transit but never moves. I have just sent another e.mail requesting a refund so I can buy another Xmas gift at this late stage. I am doubtful if I will get any response but if I do I will review again. Think twice before using this site could be a waste of time and money. Robbers.

I've tried sending messages and absolutely no response from anyone they just took my money and I have no idea how to reach them and I'm on a fixed income they should be ashamed to call that a company I'm so pissed right now

I bought a treadmill ages ago and I haven’t received it, I sent them numerous emails to request a refund and no answer.
Can anyone advise me on what can I do??????.
