If I could give this terrible excuse for a company 0 stars I would! They have no excuse and refuse to properly contact me or offer any information, or refunds. Sure did take my money though! This is not how a proper business works. I placed an order well over a month ago, and haven't received tracking information for 15 days. I literally live 1 state away! You mean to say Amazon can get me something from across the U.S. in 2 days, but you can't send my item in 1 month,1 state over!?! All these other reviews are lies. I know several people now who have been duped by them. Don't be next!!! I am reporting them for their malpractices!
