I wanted to order gloves directly from Thailand so i can support the official and original muay Thai gear makers,
spent $105 on gloves, $35 on shipping, and then DHL said before they can deliver I had to pay $49. Bringing my total to 190 Dollars. i could have bought a complete glove and shin set from America resellers for that price, Never again .
Then i emailed and the rep said they have heard DHL is charging people more than they are supposed to, ok so what is moon doing about it? reducing shipping, offering discounts ? nothing .

Customer service and quality of product.

I had questions and they answered swiftly.

Their products are amazing and for the price I’m surprised to not see more stores in the us carry stock.

I just had the most perfect shopping experience with BoonSport.com. My Boon shinguards arrived here in Maryland in less than 4 business days (all the way from Thailand)! They were beautifully and securely packaged in a very fancy Boon logo box, and they even included a free gift!
The customer service was amazing too. There was an error during checkout which caused an extra charge to show up on my debit card; I messaged customer service and received a prompt response from Scott, who was kind, professional, and took care of the problem immediately.
My Boon shinguards are amazing- the craftsmanship is impeccable, the aesthetic is sleek and modern; and they feel amazing.
I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely disappointed and reading other reviews , it confirms it is not a single experience.
I made an order , i received the shorts..unfortunately they look beautiful in picture, but when worn ,they are very baggy in the front ,not recommend for ladies,as it looks like you were a children pamper.
I returned them ,i purchased tracking shipping and send them back.The owner was keep saying he didn't received it,when I informed him i will contact paypal because I have tracking history and proof ,he told me he would refund me.Just to mention , both royal mail uk and royal mail thai shows all the tracking history and it has been delivered succesfully.

I wouldn't recommend buying Boon outside of Thailand. I had a very BAD experience with them where they tried to screw me over.

I ordered boxing gloves and some other stuff and was sent two different sized gloves. The owner of the company didn't accept them as faulty tho the pictures clearly show a huge difference. He didn't want to video call or let me show them to someone he trusts for proof. He recognized something went wrong but wouldn't say the mistake was theirs for judicial reasons probably. He only would send new ones if I paid an extra 75 dollars for import and shipping. Super unfair as the ones he sent me were unfit for use and the extra costs almost account for the price of the new gloves.

He didn't want to replace and cover shipping and taxes himself (size difference was a few inches/cms) and finally manipulated me into paying shipping. Else I paid top dollar for gloves I can't use. I needed new gloves! I then started a dispute on Paypal to get at least the costs for shipping and taxes back for the replacement pair.

The owner then went so far as to cancel the shipment of the replacement gloves while they were in the air (which I now paid the shipping for). He would let the package through if I dropped the paypal complaint. I am not to be blackmailed tho.

Then he asked for the faulty gloves back, which I did promptly. Again another 40 euros to send them back. I paid import taxes and shipping twice now and no gloves are in my posession. Never heard from Boon again and they refused to admit they recieved the package back. Super petty and spiteful.

In conclusion I can honestly say BOON SPORT is a total SCAM of a business. If they mess up they take no responsibility. Don't buy them outside of Thailand would be my recommendation as they hide behind shipping and taxes so it's not worth the financial risk to ask for a proper product. The fact that you can't pay with creditcard also should raise a big red flag, which I didn't see at that time. Do not buy from Boonsport.com!

Update: I won the claim through paypal after months of hassle. I now got 2/3 of my money back at least.
