What a great, well thought out software. I will be recommending this to everyone. It's really taken the stress out of renting out my first home. It's also cheaper to list via MyRent on TradeMe, than directly from TradeMe.

Myrent is a great app to use to advertise for tenants. User friendly & cost effective. Easy to set up open home time. Easy for tenants to find us as well. Happy with the result and happy to recommend to friends.

It's a very easy platform to use and makes the process of finding tenants a lot easier.

Once again we have successfully rented a property through MyRent. I love the fact that it's so easy to set up your advertising - they even have an automated tool that can write your description for you.
I always choose the option of the Trade Me premium listing - it gets you off to a good start. We had loads of interest - starting within the first couple of days of listing. The myRent system makes it easy to keep tack of the enquiries, bump applicants up to a short list and process the applications including doing tenant checks.
As yet I haven't tried the property management side of things, as we have our own existing system in place, but it looks like it would be quite good.

The step by step process was very helpful. It made the process seamless and easy. Responses to my questions were quick and MyRent is an affordable solution to managing your own properties while keeping in line with all the new rental requirements.

Great platform to use. I continue to use it each time I need a new tenant. I like the was our identity is kept confidential until we need to contact directly with the chosen tenant. Every step is easy in the process.

Great experience using MyRent, easy to use, it's easy to load add and contract and it was great to have all the inquiries in one place. They communicated well with you and tenants. Very well thought out all the way through - you don't need go to a rental manager you can do it all yourself.
This time I choose to not continue monthly but may in the future and would definitely use again to advertise.
