Great customer service
I am perfectly happy with this brand. I ordered their products multiple times via 3rd party distributors in the Czech Republic, and I was always delighted. Their whey protein (stevia sweetened) was tasty and easy to prepare every time.
A few months back, I had the pleasure to order from their official store (Myprotein Czech). Unfortunately, my protein got damaged in delivery, and when I opened the package, it was unusable, and I had to throw it out. I have contacted the company support, and the matter got solved within a few working days - they sent me a new package, which came out to be okay. I'm giving credit where credit is due - the damaged packaging wasn't their fault, and they solved this issue fast. I will order from them again!

Terrible Company
Really poor service. Placed order with discount code. Emailed next day to say they won’t honour and have cancelled order. I will be sticking to bodybuilding.com. The cynic in me suspects they just want your personal information to sell on.

If you are unhappy with the product they will not let you return it. They will simply ask you for the batch # and say that was inspected and passed, sorry!. If you are happy with the product its because its full of unhealthy ingredients such as sucralose that makes it taste good!

Where to start ordered buy one get one free says it will be apply automatically so order comes missing all the free items Logically i thought Customer service would sort this out no problem nope they refuse to send out goods and then refused to arrange a return unless I paided even though it was their fault as free items where not their so had to go thought PayPal who agreed that it needs returning guess what they did they refused the delivery when it arrived needless to say PayPal seen this as them blatantly trying to avoid the refund totally unhanded behaviour from the its company one thing missing goods another doing the latter would expect them from some shady ebayer

Myprotien has excellent customer service and prices. Megan was especially helpful when I had a question, she promptly answered my question, as well as provided an update on my friends order.
I have ordered many times from myprotien, and plan on continuing in the future. I highly recommend them!
