Terrible customer services…
I had a subscription for a monthly delivery. Sometimes it would arrive, sometimes not. Customer service is utterly rubbish, they never address my problem and you get nowhere on the web chat.
I cancelled my subscription but have just been notified it’s been sent. I’ve tried to contact them to stop it with no success. I am so frustrated and can’t get anywhere.
I would never use this company again, they’re utterly useless.

Neither live chat nor Customer Service at their direct phone line are available in the middle of the day on a Wed. It is not a holiday. No one is manning their CS department during their stated hours of operation. Too much cost cutting makes me question the quality of the product.

I bought a protein powder which I decided to return.
I reached out to the customer service team and they agreed to take the protein powder back and I shipped the item via Canada Post . Cost of item is 165$ and shipping is 250$ cad. So spent 400$ hoping to get the money back .

I have been completely fobbed off by my protein. I ordered nearly £200 of protein products for my son as he was going away for the summer. I only received part of my order so contacted my protein to see whether the remainder was coming in a second delivery that day as my son was leaving the next morning. After a very lengthy online chat dialogue I was informed that a refund was being processed and I was to expect and email, No email came and despite numerous messages and emails, all of which instigated by me I had still not received my refund. Today, following another chase up by me I was told that because they have electronic weighing technology in their warehouse I will not receive a refund and my account is closed so I cannot even message them. I am out of pocket by over £100, disappointed and frustrated with their service. They say their technology weighed the parcel but somewhere between their warehouse and me there has been a problem, unless in fact it was in two parcels and one has gone missing.

I ordered 3 impact whey 1.5kg from myproteinand received them on 2nd may all damaged and fully infested with ants everything damaged and i also requested for a refund and my refund got approved and they told me to wait 10-15days for refund but no update , they say wait 3-5 days for update from indian finance team and next 5 days more next 5 days and so on .. its been 40days but still no update on my refund and they even deleted my myprotein account ... agents say my refund is approved but indian finance team is neither giving refund nor update ... if myprotein really reads this review then please resolve this matter..
Used MyProtein for years
Used MyProtein for years, always had pleasant experience and any issues I’ve had with products arriving damaged have quickly been replaced by the customer support team.
Surprised to see all these negative reviews regarding replacements for damaged products, makes me wonder if they are fake by competitor companies as I’ve never had an issue, simply used online support and received my replacement item within days, I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and none have anything bad to say.

I'm ordering from them more than a year now.
I have 993 Euro of food ordered in the last year.
2 months ago I received 4 packet of cookies and cream with a bad taste. worth of 91 Euro.
I'm consuming this product on a regular base.
I contact the CS thinking they will ask me to send them the product or getting some kind of refund.
The answer I received is - our products are good.
That's it. seems like they don't care about their clients.
Will never order from them again. 100 Euro down the toilet.

Daniel the agent here let me know, its their policy, if an package is stuck for 30 days or longer on its way to the customer, can they not retrieve the package or refund the customer.

My product didn't arrive at all. Customer service is meh and from friends who used the products the quality isn't all that good wouldn't recommend this piece of sh!t company to my worst enemy.

Think carefully before you order from Myprotien. Great products but terrible delivery & customer service.
This is the fourth separate occasion that my order has not been delivered despite getting an email confirming delivery.
To get a refund or replacement is painful. Normally take 2 weeks if your lucky and numerous emails.
Such a shame because they have good products and are good and value for money but you cant rely on getting them when you need them.

Decent products, Specially proteins but delivery via Hermes and customer service is a joke. Don't remember if had one delivery that came with no issues. All resolved but massive hussle.
Never do business with them, they don't deliver the product and don't provide refund as well
Never do business with them. First the refused to cancel my order within 2 hours of purchase then they failed to deliver, later they offered a refund on 24 December 2020, 06:52 but failed to refund as well and I didn't get the refund yet. Whenever I ask for my refund they ask me to wait 48-72 hours more. Never ever do business with them.
Edit: I received a response from MyProtien team, as per them refund has been processed on 30th Dec, when I contacted my bank they said no refunds was received. I request MyProtien team to provide the proof of refund which they refused. I've all this communication as proof.
Edit 20 Jan 2021: I contacted financial-ombudsman.org.uk and citizensadvice.org.uk portals to claim my refund. When I told MyProtein that I'll be dragging them to consumer court I received my refund within an hour. I suggest everyone to use above portal and tell MyProtein to face court.
FRAUD
My parcel was returned back but they are not refunding. Myprotein is claiming that they have refunded and I asked them to give me transaction id but they do not have any transaction id! It’s completely FRAUD order number 245615482
Received damaged goods
Received damaged goods. Contacted support, they offered 30% refund. Unacceptable, but even worse they asked me to respond to get the refund, but there is no way to respond to the ticket. The email is a noreply and online there is no way either.
I started a dispute on PayPal. Its the only way. Absolutely terrible, but the products are generally ok.
