Most disgusting service
Order placed 8.5.26 allowing 30 days delivery for birthday present. Order confirmed 8.5.26 and advise arrival date between 16-22.5.26.
Pre order update on 12.5/ 20.5/ as to delays and advised on 21.5 the goods due in Australia on 29.5 and due to ship 2-3 days after. 25.5 pre order update and delays, 4.6/ 5.6/ pre order update and apologies for delay. We contacted them on the 23.6 and advise credit required as no longer needed and as their own terms of contract can be credited...no response by person in fact all responses where by 'Nicole' (AI ) and did not reply but evade questions and queries.
23.6 apology e-mail again and 24.6 apology again and offer of free vial to compensate of store credit of 10% ( mind you I had already requested credit prior ) 25.6 list of vials offered and replied to as obviously we were not getting anywhere with Miss 'Nicole'.....suprise suprise 26.5....goods shipped, and arrived 1.7.26.
I accepted delivery of goods as quite frankly did not trust this Company if Auspost returned the package to them.
1) Terms of trade state goods will be credited if not received within 14days...they refused to acknowledge our request .
2) It is not possible to convey a legitimate complaint or query to AI...employ a human
3) Such blatant ignorance by this Company towards its customers is not only appalling but downright disgusting.
Under these circumstances we have reported them to Consumer Affairs and Fair Practice Aust.
This Company has breached common decency.
Look elsewhere for your perfume and aftershave, we have legitimate Companies operating In Australia that would love your business.

Do not order from here unless you are ok to wait two months for your product to arrive, customer service changing the story on where your perfume is, your order not arriving in entirety (only received 2 of 3 perfumes ordered) and being refused a refund at 6 weeks wait. Would not order from here again.

6 months and no product and refusing to refund me
I purchased a perfume in January. It still had not arrived in March. After a few back and forth we they agreed to give me a refund because they could not guarantee when it would be available. It is now July and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them and I am pretty sure it’s just AI bots responding because they are now trying to get me to purchase something else and ignoring my refund request and their email confirming they would give me a refund. Essentially they have stolen my money as they don’t have the product I ordered and won’t refund me.

Not legitimate, poor product
Ordered a cologne that I’ve worn for years and it doesn’t smell like it’s supposed to. I can’t wear it because it smells absolutely disgusting, there’s clearly something wrong with it. I’ve emailed twice and have had no response. Would not recommend using this website as they’re clearly not legitimate or professional. Absolute waste of money
I ordered from My Perfume Shop on 22…
I ordered from My Perfume Shop on 22 March, with a promised shipping date of 30 March. Nothing was ever shipped. After weeks of silence, I cancelled the order.
Only AFTER I lodged a chargeback did the merchant suddenly claim they had “posted” it — using a tracking number Australia Post confirmed was not addressed to me and belonged to someone else’s parcel. Have a google on other review sites - there seems to be a pattern..
My dispute is now in Visa pre‑arbitration, and if the merchant keeps pushing this, I will take the next legal step. This behaviour is outrageous, misleading, and completely unacceptable.

I recently purchased from The Perfume Shop, and after waiting for a month without receiving my order, I decided to contact customer service to ask about the delay.
Once I raised my concern, Aubrey from the customer service team handled my issue really well. She was very helpful, responded quickly, looked into my order, and helped me sort out the problem. As some of the products I ordered were not available in stock, she assisted me in choosing replacements from the available items. Thanks to her support and quick responses, I was able to resolve the issue and finally received my order on Monday, however it's still missing 1 item from what I've ordered and on the process to communicate with the Perfume Shop.
I truly appreciate Aubrey’s effort and excellent customer service. She made the process much easier and was very professional in handling my concern.
However, I hope The Perfume Shop can improve the way they communicate stock availability in the future. It can be frustrating for customers to place an order, wait for a long time, and then find out that some items are unavailable and need to be replaced or cancelled.
Overall, I’m very happy with the assistance I received from Aubrey and grateful for her help in resolving my order.
