Being a first time buyer was a little hesitant, but so far so good the biggest plus has been communication it has been great and very responsive for any concerns or issues in end 5 stars will use again. Prices have been good also.
A terrible experience! I do not recommend!
I would not recommend purchasing from this company. My order took two months to arrive! I was informed that it was a ‘preorder’ but not given any opportunity to cancel the order even though I communicated with them several times. Their messages were repetitive and unhelpful, and I sincerely think that their intention was purposeful. I will not be using them again!

TOTAL SCAM..
TOTAL SCAM... I ordered a $489 bottle of - Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP.
It has absolutely no smell at all - as in it was basically a bottle of water!
When I complained, after stuffing me around for days, they declined my return as they said it "has been opened" - of course it has... that's how I know it has no smell.
I have now lodged a complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Had an issue with my order where one of my items (Armaf CDNI) was out of stock and the rest was delayed. Nicole was transparent, responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to find a solution, she put together a list of available alternatives, accommodated my picks, processed the swap quickly, and kept me updated throughout.
What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one of the best customer service interactions I've had with an online retailer. The fragrance selection at My Perfume Shop is already excellent value, but having a team member like Nicole who actually cares about the outcome makes all the difference.

Placed order on May 23 2026 for two (2) products as of the date of writing this review July 7th 2026 I have not seen any sign of my order been for filled. Emails from them have indicated that the issue was ".... It looks like there’s been a bit of a delay due to a shortage, and we’re working hard to get more stock in. If you’re okay with waiting a little longer, we’ll make sure to keep you updated on any progress. (June 25th) then "Unfortunately, this pre-order item is arriving late in Australia due to a current situation in the Middle East, which has affected a lot of our cargo shipments. It's now been finally resolved. It should be landing in Sydney on 29th June and should be available for shipping approximately 2-3 working days later." As noted its now July 7th. This company cannot be trusted. Reported to SA Consumer and Business services.
