I was looking for brake discs and pads…
I was looking for brake discs and pads for my wife’s car and decided to give My Motor World a try. The website was very easy to navigate, making it simple to find all the correct parts for the make and model of the car. From there, the ordering process was straightforward and hassle free. I placed the order one day and it was delivered the very next day. Excellent service, great experience, and I would definitely use them again.

I ordered some oil from MyMotorWorld
I ordered some oil from MyMotorWorld. I ordered it a week before I needed it, as I had booked my car in for a service, but I wanted to supply the oil myself, to ensure my car received the correct oil. MyMotorWorld dispatched it very quickly. The courier then emailed me to say they'd had issues finding my address (despite having delivered to me many times). I contacted them & they admitted they couldn't find the package & needed 48 hours to investigate. They got back to me & confirmed the package was lost. I contacted My MotorWorld & explained the situation. They said they'd need to contact EVRI themselves, as the sender. They promised to email me the following day. No email arrived, so I told them I need the oil by Friday. They promised to email me the following day (Wednesday). No email. I phoned them again & they said the courier needs 48 hours to try & find the parcel. I once again told them I need the oil by Friday. They promised to email me an update. Wednesday came and no response from MyMotorworld (again). Tried phoning them, sorry we can't take your call right now. So, I emailed them & asked for a refund. They refunded me on the Friday. I felt it would have been better customer service just to send out a new bottle of oil. Instead they left me hanging and I ended up going to a main dealer to purchase oil at a much higher price. This was obviously an inconvenience to me as it took time, and extra cost to do so, and the oil I wanted (Castrol Magnatec DX) wasn't available anywhere else.

I ordered some wiper blades
I ordered some wiper blades, a set for a mini cabriolet and a set (front and back) for a bmw estate, plus two cleaning sponges on Thursday 8/5/2025 a.m. with the offer of a next day delivery. Ordered placed, DHL confirmation of delivery received via email and also one from Evri. On Friday, Saturday or Sunday no delivery received. By 17.15 on Monday still nothing and DHL tracking suggested "delayed". I contacted the team and asked for news or a replacement. Tuesday (12th) was contacted with an apology and the offer of a resend. Wednesday 13th Sponges arrived and Thursday 14th the wiper blades arrived, two sperate packages. Great products, third time using My Motor world and first issue, I am assuming carrier error but whatever, not next day delivery on this occassion

Great service marred by use of inefficient courier.
First of all the courier service used by My Motor World, DHL, was particularly bad in my case. I paid for 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery'..the package eventually arrived, after much hassle, 4 days late.
I contacted My Motor World customer services, Chloe who dealt with me was exceptionally helpful, she refunded my postage and contacted DHL to sort out their incompetence. Although let down by the courier service in this instance, I will buy from them again as their price was the best around and their customer service was excellent.
New wiper blade for rear window
New wiper blade needed for rear window. Not available locally but easily found and ordered from My Motor World. Also competitively priced. Arrived promptly and works perfectly. Very pleased.

Unfortunately, my order was delivered in parts, which was a real bummer when I had an appointment with a mechanic to have my brakes replaced. I paid extra for a next-day delivery guarantee.

Disappointed. Ordered 2 items. One came quick and the other one is nowhere to be seen. Have sent several emails to say it hasnt arrived and had no response.

Quality counts
Parts I ordered were not avaliable but I was not informed of this when ordering I was informed that as a jester of good will superior parts would be implemented in stead ,but parts supplied were Quinton Hazel and these parts are of a much inferior quality these parts would have been my last choice to make an impression on a new customer proper superior parts should have been supplied and good will would have definitely improved my reaction on spending future amounts with the company as proper superior parts were supplied my reaction would have been a positive one.

I only received part of my order, 100265134, not a happy person, should of recevied it Wednesday it is now Friday afternoon still no sign of the rest of order, I had taken today off work so I could the work on the car, its like having a cup of tea and forgetting to put the teabag in,
