I've been using the pen now for one…

I've been using the pen now for one month. I think I'm starting to see an improvement on my nails but it's still too soon to tell. I need to use it longer to be able to give an honest review.

Marion was very good at explaining the…

Marion was very good at explaining the process of getting the best results in healing your toenails. He was very patient and answered my questions. It’s nice to know that they want me to be successful is using their product. He says he will be calling me back along the way to make sure it’s going well. I just was not aware that there were more products than just the pens to correct the issue. And could not buy more at this time. I look forward to receiving my products and getting started knowing he’s going to check in with me on how its going.

I’m very happy with the Lunavia…

I’m very happy with the Lunavia product. I used it for approximately 6 months and my toenails are now completely cleared of the fungus. I have some product left and will use it if I see any sign of the fungus returning.

DEAR LUNAVIA:

DEAR LUNAVIA:
I had issues with getting in touch with a real, live person. So, I set an appointment to have a telephone review, which consisted of: how i was getting along with the product. When The "NURSE" called at our appointed time, I started explaining my concerns, and he was able to forward me to a Live Customer Service Agent. YAY!
This is when i met and spoke with Jahan Mayo. I was able to tell her how excited I was to be able to talk to a real live person on the phone.
Jahan listened, truly cared, and actually took notes!

THE GOOD:
The product is actually working! (And after over 40 years, I've tried everything!) I followed all the instructions. I believe the best instructions were to trim the nail back as short as I possibly could. And clip off the thickest part on the top of the nail as best as I could. Then I used the coarsest emory board available (black one) and started filing the remaining thick yucky part away. This filing process took a LONG time. Two emory boards later, I could start to feel the emroy board through the nail without drawing blood. I know this helped with the absorption of the product. YAY!

THE GOOD
1) I spoke with Jahan. She was so nice, she cared about my issues. Jahan wrote them all down. And I could tell she actually did write the issues down, as she repeated them all back to me.
2) Over the course of our conversation, Jahan sent me 3 emails to make sure, #1) I had a complete return address. #2) Jahan confirmed the order # for the order I didn't order. #3)) She made sure the subscription was indeed cancelled.
3) I explained that even though i didn’t order the second shipment of an additional 6 pens, I was contemplating to just keep them. #4)Jahan told me I could think on it as LUNAVIA has a 3 month return policy.
4) #5) Jahan made sure i had the order date and received date, to help me get the order back in time for a refund.
5) #6) Jahan also sent an email with all the exact Return Instructions.
6) Jahan and I were even laughing by the time we needed to say goodbye. You know, it's a shame that some people can get so frustrated to the point of being ugly on the phone. I consider constructive suggestions as a training opportunity for management and customer service to adjust AI Systems that work and real people to put a human touch to the company.

Nice talking to you, Jahan. Thank you for blessing my time with you on the phone.
May you have a long and prosperous life.
And...tell the bosses that I said, "You need a raise!'

I spent 300 dollars on their antifungal…

I spent 300 dollars on their antifungal pens and spray with a 90 day money back guarantee. I am not satisfied with the results and have tried to contact them through their website, phone number and email to get a refund and that is not an option. I cant find the information anywhere. The customer service number on my bank statement allows you to cancel your subscription but does not help in requesting your money back. Do not order from this company as you will never hear from them again and the will continue to take money from your account until you get a new debit card.

Some improvement

While it's taking much longer than advertised, there does seem to be some improvement which is more than I can say for any other topical treatments I've used. I do plan to reorder in the hopes of continued improvement.

I don’t know if I’m just applying too…

I don’t know if I’m just applying too much but I am going through the pens really really fast, but I slather it around all over my toes and let my toes dry before I put my socks on so in hopes that it will kill this stuff, but that means I use more probably than I supposed to!
