Bad packaging and delivery
Ok other than, delivery which apparently failed to deliver even though I was in, I guess they just got lost. Redelivered but packaging as poor so all squashed and battered. Not nice when you're giving it as a present.

My experience up to know has been…
My experience up to know has been pretty good, all of this changed when I needed customer service... I paid for next day delivery, half the order arrived. There is no number for customer service and responses to messages are generic. It's now Tuesday and still no item but I'm told it's on its way and I'm told next day postage doesn't mean next day and it won't be refunded.
Absolutely the worst lapsidasical, shocking company I've dealt in a long time. Good prices or not it's not worth the stress.
To clarify, I ordered late on Wednesday the 17th, it's now the 23rd. Argue that.

The Gel Nail Wraps can take some time to get used to, but when applied correctly, they should last for up to two weeks on your nails.
Please take a moment to watch this video with Mylee's Head of Product Design demonstrating the best way to prep your nails and apply the wraps effectively. It may take a second for the video to load.
If you have followed all the steps in the video and are still experiencing problems, please let us know. It would be helpful if you could share some clear, close-up photos of the wraps on your nails so we can take a closer look and assist you further.

Thank you for your review. 'm sorry to hear that your gel manicure didn’t last as expected.
Gel Polish application takes a bit of practice to perfect. Once you learn how best to work with the products, you will be able to create salon-quality at-home gel manicures that last for up to 4 weeks.
Most adhesion issues can be solved by correct prep. If you are prone to lifting, you may want to add the Mylee Dehydrator and Mylee Acid-Free Primer to your routine. We recommend following the full Mylee Prep and Application method shown here -
It is important that your cuticles, if necessary, are pushed back or removed, and that the product isn't touching the skin around your nails. We also recommend that you ‘cap’ each nail by running a small amount of product over the free edge on your gel polish and top coat layers.
Each layer of gel polish must be thin and cured for 60 seconds using a Mylee LED Lamp. The key is to make sure the product isn’t thick around the outside, as this will create an edge for the polish to lift.
The next time you apply the products, please take some clear, up-close pictures of your nails so that if you have any further issues, you can send them over to us. We will see if there is anything further we can suggest to help.

Unfortunately, the order couldn't be cancelled, so an additional code was offered for you to use along with your code on your next purchase, or the item could be returned.
