Total scam

Item received is not the item in their picture. Totally different in ingredients from those advertised. Same as previous comment it is from a different company. I have e-mailed the company twice but they are not responding
Total scam. It even took nearly three weeks to arrive
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shocking scam

Shocking scam! Exactly the same scenario as Brenda from Canada. I also received the wrong product (x 3 bottles). I’ve requested a full refund and got exactly the same response (ie “keep the bottles and I’ll refund you 20%”)! Disgusting to prey on people who have a skin problem (actinic keratosis) and send them sun oil from a different company (OceAura) instead of the advertised product. A scam, of course.

I ordered from Canada -Kakiya actinic…

I ordered from Canada -Kakiya actinic keratosis oil advertised as made in Canada .
It is $49.00 and free shipping.
What came was in a similar bottle but had no Kakiya label on the front nor anything that said it was for actinic keratosis?no natural ingredients listed.
It said OceAura for sun damaged skin and is made in China?
Contacted customer service who said they would make it right and that I didn’t get what I ordered .Then would resend me what I originally ordered and for me to confirm my address which I did.
Now comes this email today August 28 2026 which blows my mind :

I want to be straight with you rather than leave you waiting: a replacement would come from the same batch as the bottle you already have, so it wouldn't change anything for you. And sending yours back isn't worth it either — return postage would be at your own expense and would cost you more than the bottle.

So here's what I'd like to do instead: keep the bottle, and let me refund you 20% of your order (9.80 CAD). It's a full-size 100ml bottle and it's yours

Are you kidding me same batch ??? Snake oil?How can oil for sun damage be the same as advertised for actinic keratoses ? When the ingredients listed aren’t the same as advertised nor the bottle logo the same? And made in China when on the advertising says made in Canada ?
I have asked for a full refund my trust in this company isn’t there any longer. If I don’t get satisfaction I will seek a cash back from my credit card for not receiving what I paid for - please beware .

I have photos of both bottles and lists of ingredients I just can’t post pictures on here - same batch my eye
