This is the first time I've bought funds on MyInvestor and I found the process very quick and easy.

ideal for managing automated portfolios and automated contributions

They've really improved the app and customer service; I think it's a bank with a solid future, and it's a good fit for my investment profile. I believe they should expand their product offerings to include international bonds and improve response times for ETF trading.

A good option to get started buying and managing stocks. They might not have the best app, but the website is really easy to use.

There is no option to see the variation of the amount of your investment in a chart

amazing good. I want to start investing and after some other banks this became my favourite. Easy, clear, low comission (maybe not the lowest lowest but good for me) and acces to lots of diffrent product.

They are scammers. I created the account a month ago and transferred money. I've been trying to get my money back since then.

It always fails, it won't let me invest that money or take it out of Mylnvestor to my personal account. The worst thing is that I've called them several times and even they can't unlock it... It's a complete shame, not even they have control over their platform.

Very easy to invest in the SVI US Markets fund.

All transactions are super easy to do in their website and Android App.

Three months later, I still haven't been able to register an account despite numerous emails and phone calls. The support team is terrible. They tell me they can't do anything over the phone and that I need to send emails. The emails are ignored and go unanswered. This bank is clearly not worth trusting, and I'm glad I didn't stay with them.

I suppose bad reviews are from the competition or other banks, because all operations are easy, secure, and intuitive.

Easy to use and plenty of investment options. In my opinion the index funds are the best.

The experience was really easy

Super easy and useful. Sometimes slow and many times in maintenance.

I'm trying to cancel my account with them for MONTHS. In order to cancel, you need to find information in their FAQ website, then, you need to send them an email with docs you need to fill in, plus ID. Up to that point, it's acceptable (although they should have a button on the website to process the cancellation instead). However, that goes into an email inbox that is not monitored/is not allowed to send replies (and I only learned this after calling their contact centre). It turned out that their guidance indicated you should provide your other bank account to receive the balance of the account you're closing - but that wasn't true! Over the phone you learn that you need to transfer all balance yourself, making it zero - but of course that customer service email was not allowed to reply so they never told me - I had to call support and discover myself! On top of that, they take a long time, then you get more interest in the account, and again they can't proceed because the balance is no longer zero!
My account is still not closed _ I started the process in November and we're now in February.

Avoid this company at all costs!
