Martyn serviced the boiler at our new…

Martyn serviced the boiler at our new apartment...he advised that it required quite a bit of maintenance. He did the job with no issues and gave me a full report on its condition. To top it off he freed our siezed stop tap. Excellent stuff

Professional and customer focused

MyHeatpro service takes all the worry out of your boiler and central heating. For a nominal monthly fee your MyHeatpro ensure your boiler is professionally serviced every year. It also includes a free call-out for your heating which again takes out all the concern should you have an additional issue. The engineer is professional and explains your systems performance in a way that is easy to understand. I would definitely recommend.

Best Service I've Ever Had

I was recommended Martyn and his company, from a friend who practically jumped in the air when I asked who could come and repair a leaky boiler.

United Utilities had a problem that caused all of Latchford to be without water. When it came back on, my boiler started leaking.

Martyn was happy to help. Talked me through what I can do till he could get there, as earliest was a few days (weekend).

When Martyn arrived, he was super professional. Knew what he was doing and was done in the time his callout fee stated. So no extra time charge needed.
As a bonus, the problem with my boiler didn't require replacement parts either.

Extremely impressed.

I decided to also join the company's service plan, which means my next service isn't going to cost me more than the price of the service plan. And it will be with Martyn again, so I'm confident in his work.

I was that confident and happy with Martyn's work, that I asked him to install a smart thermostat of my choosing, as the existing thermostat is in the most inconveniet location possible.
Martyn's quote was more than reasonable and when he arrived to do that job, the same brilliant service.

I can see myself being a long-standing customer of My Heatpro for many years to come. Am more than happy to recommend Martyn's services to anyone.

Thorough, efficient, trustworthy

Martyn came highly recommended and lived up to expectations. He was very thorough in assessing the issue with our boiler before determining the best solution. He took time to explain what he was doing and even fixed some unrelated plumbing issues while the power clean was taking place. We'd definitely use My HeatPro again.

Emergency call out

I had problems with my boiler during the recent cold snap. Heatpro came out the following morning and fixed the problem. I have used them before and found their standard of work excellent so I’d got one of their service plans in place as I needed the reliability and peace of mind of being a priority in an emergency.

First Class work again

First Class work again, new radiator fitted/connected, Hive Heating Hub and Annual Service.
Third year boiler service or new radiators fitted/connected by Martyn. On each occasion he has carried out the work to a high standard, cleaned workmanship and aftercare. Good price for any work completed. I would highly recommend Martyn.
