Great quality journals
I ordered some of their thoughtful journals as a gift and one of myself too. I was really impressed with the quality of the paper and the covers, which have a velvety feel to them!
They also arrived very fast and packaged well so none would get damaged.

The yoga bag fell apart after light use…
The yoga bag fell apart after light use and with the recommended lightweight yoga mat. It was replaced once and the same thing happened again. The bag dye also leaked onto the yoga mat. I was loathed to invest in any more products as I don't believe in buying things that are not fit for purpose, particularly when the same issue happened twice to the same product. I had to keep writing in for a response, and it went from offering a full refund for the faulty products, having sent photos showing damages early in October to saying we can't do that in an email today, but we can offer you 20% off purchasing other products rather than being reimbursed for poor/cheap manufacturing. Very poor products and customer care.
