Appalling service. Was told that guaranteed the same day.Delivery only to be cancelled three hours later. Instructed to reply to an email sent with no reply received proceeded with messaging.The whatsapp help only to be told to email a different email address. A total of three messages sent requesting my order to be cancelled due to my requirements not being met.

All within the company's working hours and no reply received.

My flower always have managed to deliver my orders right on time with precision and i haven’t come across another company that delivers right when they need to like them!!

Delivered late. Not enough flowers for the free vase - which is plastic. Received them Monday evening and in the bin by Friday evening as they were in a sorry state. Avoid. 1 star given for the cardboard packaging.

Update: Paul at Myflowers arranged for a complimentary redelivery of flowers. I was kept uptodate with despatch and delivery and the flowers are lovely, therefore the rating has been amended to reflect this. I will review again around the 7 day mark.

I’ve never experienced such poor service. The delivery times are falsely advertised, and the company completely failed to deliver when promised. I ordered based on the stated delivery timeframe, only to be left waiting with no communication and no explanation.

When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. If you advertise a delivery date, you should be able to meet it or at least proactively inform customers of delays. False advertising creates false expectations, especially when flowers are being sent for important occasions.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The unreliable delivery, lack of communication, and disappointing customer service made this a frustrating experience from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and order from a florist that is honest about its delivery times and values its customers

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I’ve just come home to some flowers from my husband. Said he ordered £50 worth of flowers yet the bouquet has about 6 flowers in. Pathetic display. You could spend £5 at a supermarket and get better quality flowers. The website looks like they’ve used a load of AI images to lure people in. I hope folk check out these reviews first and don’t use them. My husband also paid extra for same day delivery yet they couldn’t deliver same day as they said they didn’t have anyone available. Don’t offer a service you can’t give. I’ve told him to complain and ask for a refund.

Do not order from this place they promise same day delivery soon as they get your money they say next day delivery it's was my anniversary today so needed it today and now saying ill get my money back in 7 days the place is a scam please avoid and go elsewhere

I ordered flowers today for same day delivery and they haven’t arrived - I’ve messaged their WhatsApp and emailed them and used the in app chat and no response at all - order shows as paid but when I go to click the order it says “not found” no communication from this company and £40 down! ***UPDATE*** I have since had communication from this company and received confirmation of a refund. At 8pm on the 1st I had a call from an incredibly rude call handler which further prompted me to seek additional assistance. However this morning (2nd) Paul from the QA team got in touch with me and we worked together to resolve this issue. It’s just a shame that it took a poor review to get a response. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars to reflect the better customer service I received today but also to still note that they “promised” an order for same day delivery that they did not fulfil and without my reaching out likely would not have fulfilled. I’d have much preferred a call after I placed the order to explain the situation at hand rather than me having to deal with what I did. Anyway - thank you for prompt processing of my refund.

Ordered flowers with the 3 hour delivery.
3 hours later I get a phone call saying they can’t deliver today but will deliver tomorrow. They asked what time suits. I said as soon as possible.
Cut to the next day. It’s 16:30 now. I’ve messaged them on WhatsApp, on their application Chat. I’ve Emailed both the email addresses provided. I’ve not had a responce to any of my messages. It’s over 6 hours since I asked for feedback and after reading this review section I highly doubt I’ll be receiving my order or if it dose arrive I doubt it will be the correct order. I’m reporting this to an Ombudsman and I’ll be taking this to a small claims court.

Awful customer service. Not same day delivery as advertised. Really poor response times for messages. Nothing resolved so no flowers delivered and they’ve kept all the money for an expensive bouquet bar the delivery cost.

Worst flower delivery company ever. Flowers didn’t even last a day, poor quality and very small. Wouldn’t refund, stay away from this company.

I had such a lovely experience with this flower place. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh and arranged with so much care. My friend loved them and I would definitely recommend this place and I will be ordering from here again 💗

No contact no confirmation no email reply nothing and took 90 Pounds no flower

Ordered balloons for my brothers 50th , a day late they sent him 4 packs of chocolate (he doesn’t eat chocolate)

I complained and they tried to claim their policy is not to send balloons to certain addresses. This is not stated anyway on their website.

Then I got a message from a customers of theirs asking about their order ! They had shared my mobile with another customer so I’ve reported them to the ICO for data breach and now taking them to small claims court.

Over £50 for late delivery and only four flowers in a box. I had a call from them saying delivery would be late (next day) and said as an apology they would sent a large bouquet very disappointed. 4 bloody flowers!!!! Not using again and definitely not recommending! Don’t waste your money here!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £64 for what was advertised as 20 roses with a free vase, but what arrived was nowhere near what I ordered. There were only around 5 roses, and the free vase was missing.

This was meant to be a special gift for my partner, and it was both embarrassing and upsetting to see such a poor-quality order delivered. It feels misleading to advertise one thing and send something completely different.

I have contacted customer service and expect this to be resolved with a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company unless they improve their quality control and customer service.
