Process took a while due to EU…
Process took a while due to EU litigation. The commission is a bit high, 25%, but they paid up in due course. God bless Denmark where this company is based and Valby where the office is located.

Justice For Passengers Even When the Consumer Disputes Board Illegally Sides With the Airline
Even though the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) sided with the airline, in defiance of the law, and attempted to justify its malfeasance by disclosing that it had previously sided with the airline against another consumer victim of the airline's frivolous defense to avoid liability on the same flight, Myflightrefund.com got my wife her just compensation under the law. I only hope the other injured consumer contacted Myflightrefund.com., too. Thank you Myflightrefund.com! We could not have done it without you!!
