Returns made impossible, camera lacking

Camera was not easy to use and the seals for the connection ports didn't fix back in place; once opened they hung loose. The worst part is that they've been unhelpful since requesting to make the return, not only do you need to pay for shipping tax at 20%product value and to make the return, they will only offer a partial refund, and they haven't yet given instructions, like the address of where to send it, despite hearing from me via email and WhatsApp.

At this rate it would be cheaper to keep it and accept the loss of money (£80+) on an inferior product.
