Accessoires not available and messy unclear shop

I am very satisfied with the robotcleaner LS40 pro ultra itself, but not with the accessoires shop. I cannot find any stuff for my cleaner, the codes are very specific for all types or sold out. This makes the voucher of 50 euro for a review pretty worthless.

Horrible Customer Service and Resolution.

I have on been hold for 22 minutes and counting, and this is one of many calls I’ve made to the company in addition to following their outlined procedures via email. This is the third product I’ve purchased from Dreame. This one arrived with some damage to the outer shell, and given the cost of the product, I immediately submitted an email with photos for a discount or replacement. After countless emails and phone calls for over three weeks, I continue to be put on hold and have yet to receive a resolution. I would highly recommend researching other companies for a similar product when considering a purchase from Dreame. Given this experience, I believe you will pay a considerable amount for the product, without any guarantee when it comes to refunds, replacements, and warranty. It’s a risky purchase.

UK - BEWARE! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

UK - BEWARE! HORRIBLE customer service!!!

BEWARE!! Don’t buy this brand, just spend a little bit more and go with a better brand such as SAMSUNG!

These machines stop working after a few months. I spent over £300 for the Dreametech H12 Pro wet dry vacuum and after just a few months the machine started pouring out a lot of water from the bottom and not suctioning it back up like it should. This caused damaged to the wall and flooring.

After dealing with their horrible customer service (because it is still under warranty,) all I can say is, it is the worst customer service I have EVER had to deal with! I sent the machine in to their repair center (as requested, with the promise they would make everything right), only to have it sent back to me “fixed” but they did not fix anything!

The only thing they did was leave dirty water filled in the water tank, so I got it back with the shipping box dripping wet and smelling horrible like mold!! The entire machine smelled horrible!!!

After this I was extremely upset and demanded they make it right by sending me a new working machine….they are still making it a huge hassle to make things right and send me a new machine. I have been dealing with this crap for weeks!! So I say again, please beware of this company and their faulty machines, just go with another brand!

I will now be disputing this with credit car company and sending a Letter Before Claim

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! Dreame sells USED UNITS as new on Amazon! I just bought a Dreame L40S and paid for a new unit. As soon as I opened the box, I found out an Amazon Return Label from another customer who had previously returned this same unit! The label was still scotched on the box, which means that Dreame didn't even bother to open the box and find out what was wrong with the unit that another customer returned. They immediately sent it back to the warehouse to sell as a supposedly "new" unit. BIG SCAM! I documented everything with an unboxing video.

Not worth the price. Broke after a couple of months of usage

I purchased a l10s ultra gen 2 in the USA in March and by July it stopped pumping water... Considering that for the entire month of June I did not even use it, and that for the remainder of the time I only used it twice a week to cover a 400 square feet area (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom), has a lot to say about the quality of this brand, especially considering that it costed over $500.
No issues with customer service, that was always friendly and available (except for the fact that they tend to send lengthy troubleshooting steps, often not even for the vacuum you have ). They made me ship the device for repair, which was an hassle due to its size and because I didn't have the original box anymore. Repair was quick and I got my vacuum back in less than 2 weeks, but the point is that a $500 unit should should not break in such a short period of time, especially considering the light usage that I did with it. Overall my experience was not positive and I don't recommend wasting time buying this brand.

Wrong Model Delivered, Misleading Packaging and Disappointing Customer Service

In May 2025, I purchased a B-stock device, the “Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat,” via eBay. However I received the “L10s Pro Ultra” model, which lacks the Heat function. After I filed a complaint, Dreame acknowledged their mistake and subsequently corrected the eBay listing. This process is documented in the mydealz forum.
Additionally there is an error on the packaging of the “L10s Pro Ultra”: it advertises features (such as “Innovative Mop Self-Cleaning with Hot Water”) that are only available with the “L10s Pro Ultra Heat.”
Complaint Process
• After my complaint, Dreame confirmed that they would exchange the incorrect device for the correct “L10s Pro Ultra Heat” model.
• I returned the device as instructed.
• Dreame announced via email that they would ship the replacement device, but did not provide a tracking number.
• Upon further inquiry I received contradictory and evasive responses. It was claimed that an exchange was not possible, even though this had previously been promised.
The entire process was extremely disappointing and non-transparent. Despite clear mistakes on Dreame’s part (wrong product, misleading packaging, retroactive correction of the listing) the promised solution was not implemented. Communication was inconsistent, at times evasive, and not customer-oriented. The customer service appeared overwhelmed and not solution-focused.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dreame for either customer service or complaint handling. Customers should expect long waiting times, contradictory statements, and a lack of reliability.
The issue remains unresolved as of now: #83024312

Absolutely Appalling After-Sales Experience - Buyer Beware!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has left me with no choice. I purchased this product for over $300, expecting it to deliver on its promises. Instead, I received a defective unit that malfunctioned from the first use — leaking water, failing to dispense properly, and not drying as advertised. But as frustrating as that was, the real nightmare began with the company’s after-sales service.

I contacted support immediately and was subjected to an endless loop of emails, apologies, escalations, and hollow reassurances. It took nearly a month of back-and-forth just to be offered an exchange — which would require me to return the defective product first, wait for them to receive it, and then wait another two weeks for a replacement. So for their faulty product, I was expected to go without a cleaning device for 2+ weeks — with kids at home — and on top of that, purchase alternate cleaning supplies out of my own pocket.

They deliberately disabled the Amazon replacement option, which would have let me receive a new product first and return the broken one afterward — a basic convenience that any decent company provides. Instead, they dragged their feet and offered a laughable “dust bag and mop cloth” as compensation for my time, inconvenience, and added expense.

After 27 days of communication, they sent me yet another canned apology and claimed their customer service team has no power to do anything — so why even bother? I finally escalated the matter to Amazon, who confirmed that they are already investigating multiple complaints about this company’s after-sales behavior. That says it all.

This company does not stand by their products, does not respect your time or trust, and certainly does not deserve your money. I will never purchase from them again — and if you value your sanity, neither should you.

no service even if you want to buy something

I made a phone inquiry if I have a problem with the robot where is the nearest service center. The Polish line does not work, the German line does not know (although they are in Europe) and transfers to UK customer service. UK customer service does not know either and communication begins via email, they do not even know how I could order it and have it delivered to me. And this has been going on for more than a week. They do not even answer an official inquiry. The ticket system says that they will answer only to get a message that they are waiting for a response from me. Extremely disappointed, I wonder what would have happened if I had really bought it and had a warranty problem.

Never purchase anything from Dreametech!!

I purchased a Dreametech vacuum for $562.24 through eBay, expecting a quality product and responsible support. Unfortunately, the vacuum stopped working after just four months of use—well within the manufacturer’s warranty. What followed was the most dismissive and inaccessible customer service experience I’ve ever had, particularly damaging because I’m disabled.

After the vacuum failed, I reached out to Dreametech through eBay messages. They acknowledged the product was under warranty and told me to return it. I explained—clearly and multiple times—that I am disabled and physically cannot lift or package the vacuum, especially without the large original box, which I no longer had. I even offered to pay out-of-pocket for them to send a return box, just so I could comply and receive my warranty replacement.

Instead of accommodating this very reasonable request, I was met with cold, generic, copy-paste responses. Dreametech showed zero interest in helping me or honoring my warranty in a practical or compassionate way. They placed all the burden back on me, despite my disability and willingness to work with them.

As a disabled consumer, I feel completely dismissed and mistreated. Dreametech’s failure to offer a reasonable accommodation potentially violates warranty laws under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and their refusal to help may also raise concerns under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

I am now stuck with a non-functional $562 vacuum, unable to return it or get a replacement because of Dreametech’s lack of empathy, flexibility, and accountability. Their refusal to assist me after selling a defective product is inexcusable.

I do not recommend this company. If anything goes wrong after your short return window, you may find yourself ignored—especially if you face any physical limitations or ask for real support.

Dreame is a total nightmare!!

Where should I even start. I first contacted Dreame for a non-working L-20 2 months ago. after many conversations and emails, where I felt like I was talking to no one. I got a mailing label to send the unit in for repair, to some person's private address. It definitely wasn't a business. Thankfully, getting the unit back after repair went ok but when I opened the box the front of the charging station was scratched and dented and the vacuum wouldn't work at all. So, I sent the machine in and got back a damaged and broken product. I have now been begging for some resolution from Dreame for over 2.5 months and 60 emails later. Most of their emails say, we are escalating your case to the proper team. When the new person gets back to you, they have no idea what is going on and it's like they didn't read the email that was supposedly escalated. This has been the worse customer service I have ever seen and I'm pretty sure I will ever see in my life. Now, since so many months have passed without resolution, they are saying my warranty is almost up...well yah, since you haven't done anything, since I contacted you months ago, except damage the unit more, when you were "Servicing it." Beware, Beware, Beware! I would not spend one cent with Dreame. The site and ads looks so wonderful but it's all for show. The $1,000 units themselves work for a short time, then break down and when you try to get it fixed, you end up with a defective, non-working, esthetically blemished unit. Oh, and I asked for a store credit or a new vacuum about 10 times and they will only give a used/refurbished unit. Other customers have said the refurbished units come dirty, used, and defective. Please stay away from Dreame!! Total nightmare!

Buying a Dreame L50 Ultra

Since last week, we’ve been the proud owners of the Dreame L50 Ultra robot vacuum, and we couldn’t be happier. It works perfectly — what an incredibly convenient and impressive device. The vacuuming is thorough, and the mopping performance is even better than what we could do ourselves. We’re currently considering buying a second one for the upstairs floor.

I haven’t had any experience with their customer service yet, so I can’t comment on that. But based on the product alone, I highly recommend it!

Title:Worst Service Ever – Avoid at All Costs! ( 1★)

Dreametech is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It took them FIVE days just to send a simple return label—completely unacceptable. I had to call multiple times just to get basic responses. They offered me a discount on a new machine, then shamelessly withdrew it without explanation. Lied to me, ignored my emails, and showed zero accountability. My old machine broke down after just two years, and their communication about repairs was a total disaster. As for refunds? Painfully slow, frustrating, and beyond incompetent. This company is a joke—stay far away!
