I experienced a bit of difficulty in cancelling the service, and contacted customer support. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Maria. She was delightful to speak with! Maria was professional, courteous and kind. Maria resolved my issue quickly and efficiently, offered my the opportunity to take advantage of additional services that may have been valuable, and she explained what I could expect and when I should see communications from MyFax regarding my requested cancellation. While I was mildly frustrated by not being able to make the change online, I called in and worked with Eveldina who was polite, efficient and solved my problem immediately.
