My account was suspended due to my own error but I was able to receive fast service from Simona. She reactivated my account and updated my information. She answered all of my questions. My issue was resolved quickly.

this company is a scam, I cancelled my account since August 2023 and also changed my credit card number but they still keep charge me! My bank said this company stole my personal data for unauthorized transaction!!

Iraia was very helpful. I just needed to update my credit card information. I had tried to do it on the phone with the automated attendant, but the line was scratchy and sometimes it didn't hear my selections - so finally I was connected to a human being who was a wonderful help.
